Little Wonder Cafe

This historic gem, buzzing with the warmth of a small-town gathering place, serves up homestyle comfort food. My recent visit was great, and the star of the show was undoubtedly the Chicken Fried Steak with Eggs.
It was golden-fried, the steak crisp yet tender. Each bite was a symphony of textures, perfectly complemented by eggs, over easy. The gravy, rich and creamy, was the perfect finishing touch, tying everything together. But the Little Wonder Cafe isn't just about the food (though it's certainly a star!). The atmosphere is great. Friendly servers with genuine smiles make you feel right at home, and the cozy, nostalgic ambiance transports you to a simpler time.
Whether you're a Richfield local or just passing through, Little Wonder Cafe is a must-visit. It's the kind of place that reminds you of life's simple pleasures: good food and warm hospitality. My Chicken Fried Steak experience was nothing short of wonderful, and I can't wait to return and explore the rest of their menu.

We were on vacation and couldn't find a good place to eat. Then we found this little place. This restaurant was so good that we ate here 2 nights in a row driving here from Marysvale. The food was delicious & our server, Danielle, was friendly & patient with all the questions we had about the menu. The restaurant has been in business since 1929 & it's still going strong. If you're in the area, it's a great place to eat.

Very friendly staff. Fries were AMAZINGLY crisp👌. The crispy chicken bacon sandwich was great. The veggies were fresh and the chicken was crispy and moist.

This is a wonderful cafe. Their food is great. The menu seems small, but they offer a pretty good variety of choices. Plus, they offer breakfast all day as well. The service was also great. Overall, Little Wonder is definitely worth trying.

When we're in town, we like to eat at the Little Wonder because of the great food and friendly service. Supporting local businesses is important to us! The cafe was remodeled and is quite clean and no longer dated, just homey.

This was a great old town dinner. The food was great, I wanted to try every plate that passed out table. They were really busy due to lots of people being in town for a mt bike race. The food did take longer to come out, the wait staff was still great a filling drinks and checking on us.

This darling little diner was a quick travelers stop because we were desperate for good coffee. What we got was GREAT coffee, great service and the best pancakes I have ever had! I mean, seriously, what is in those pancakes?! I love the quirky clocks all over the walls and the fun porch light at each table. It was busy but it didn’t slow down the service or the quality. Loved it!

Is Richfield, UT a destination? If not, it should be. There is mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and Little Wonder Cafe. This is your “mom and pop”, Main Street, diner in rural Utah.
The staff are friendly and offer suggestions when asked. I went with the tuna melt and a friend went with breakfast (pictured). The sandwich is great with homemade fries. I was told the pancakes are “the bomb”!
Stop by when you stay or your on I-70.

Beer battered french fries, extra crispy but not overcooked. The food here is fantastic. Great cafe style American cooking. The sausage gravy was really delicious.

A little wait at the door and a little wait for a good. Meals were fresh and hot. French dip was awesome, wish they had au jus for the dip part. More of a cheesesteak sandwich. Breakfast was amazing.

Wonderful service and food. We’d ridden through rain and hail to get to their blueberry/peach/fruit cobbler and it’s the best. Wonderful local hangout and wonderful locals. We had breakfast for dinner and topped it off with that wonderful cobbler for dessert

Apparently Little Wonder change owners awhile ago; however we could see little if any changes in food or service. Great Wonder Burger, and the Chef Salads fantastic old school meal. No fancy herbivore lettuces, just good old fashion ice burg lettuce 🥬 with lots of cheese,hams, hard boiled eggs and tomatos.

Great food, service was a bit slim but they were open about that. Hiring locally is a hlobal issue. Just what the doctor ordered for breakfast. I can'i comment on anything other than this, but if given the opportunity, I'd be back on the regular.

Stopped at the Little Wonder cafe last august on a long trip between Moab and Bryce Canyon. Good food, good service, simple and nice. Definitly a place to stop :)

This was exactly the kind of place we were looking for on a Sunday afternoon headed back to SLC after exploring in the desert. Amazing service! Great food. Serves breakfast all day! What else could a gal need? Thank you Little Wonder Cafe! Look forward to stopping again soon.

Our food was excellent, and the service was top notch. My friend and I also appreciated the Halloween decorations. A great place to grab breakfast.

I met some friends here. We both are from different towns and this was a good meeting spot. Loved the atmosphere and service. The food was really good. Next time I pass through this town I would definitely stop just to eat there again.

When you first walk in, just choose a seat. Their fries are the very best fries I have ever had anywhere! I ordered the pineapple burger with BBQ sauce. Messy but very good! 8/10 would recommend.

Oh my!! This place is small and sweet. The family feel is fantastic.

My daughter doesn’t eat a ton of protein but she DEVOURED the fresh meatball sandwich. Must have the meatballs!! The homemade potato salad was too notch!

Legit the best little cafe to stop at!

I was warned that the service is slow and it did take a while to get our food. Servers were very friendly and the food was good. I'll eat here again.
