Brick Canvas Cafe

Super yummy food! I always order the Southwest Veggie Sandwich with a side of eggs and turkey bacon and it's all so good. The pastries and smoothies/juices are also delicious. I love that they are 100% gluten free and mostly dairy free since my stomach has issues with both. There's really nothing else like Brick Canvas Cafe in Utah County so I hope they stick around 🖤

This is exactly what a little cafe should be! I like that they have good gluten-free bread, that they have chips that are the taro kind, and always put a little extra flavor with either they're sauces or the cheese. The chicken, brie Sandwich is nummy. Pictured is the breakfast sandwich.

The food was delicious. No rush, calming environment. Service was good.
I had the avocado toast on gf multigrain bread. It could have used a little more avocado.
The smoothie was delicious! I was surprised by the taste with vegan protein powder. I couldn't even taste it (the protein powder). I will definitely go again!!

100% celiac safe ate two meals like a champ because i couldnt decide. Stsff was so patient and helpful.

Stumbled upon this place after checking out of a nearby hotel, was very please to find it within walking distance. The atmosphere is very sweet and welcoming, little products for sale. Loved the menu, of course! Wellness shots, smoothies, salads, breakfast all day - it's exactly what I was looking for after long travel days and meetings.

Stopped for some good coffee and ended up trying a juice. Very good! I had the green juice, my son tried hot pink, my daughter ordered a matcha and my husband grabbed a shot in the dark.

I got Sherrie's Nachos.

I know what you are thinking, why would you get Nachos at a place that lists itself as serving "gluten-free bites, juices & smoothies at a health, spa, beauty & fitness studios"?

This cafe is super convenient to my work, and I didn't want to drive because it was a nice day, so I walked over. I saw Nachos and realized I had to try them. They were the most out of place item that I could see on the menu.

I was right to do it. They were amazing and a very sizable portion. I left full. The beans and gauc were flavorful but the chicken and cilantro cream kept it light. I was full but didn't regret being full. It was great!

An entirely gluten free restaurant!! That's a winner in and of itself but their nachos can stand up to any gluten filled competitor. Super yummy. I loved the salads I tried too but didn't love either of the dressings. They may need to work a bit on those. Lastly, the staff was really friendly and willing to help with anything we may have needed.

I got a breakfast sandwich and side salad and both were delicious! Can’t beat the location. Make sure to eat outside while you’re there!

My niece introduced me to this place. It's reasonably priced healthy food with pretty good portion sizes. I really like Sherri's Nachos. It's in Thanksgiving Point with a nice walk and close to the haute yoga and other spa/exercise facility.

It’s darling, clean, and delicious! Friendly service! Nachos soo good, bacon, egg, and avocado sandwich was just as yummy! Espresso was perfect! Quality food at a reasonable quality food price! Don’t forget the almond joy bar for desert, it’s a tasty little treat!

Totally amazing! We try to eat gluten free so it’s so nice to be able to have so many choices on the menu that are GF. High quality, fresh, delicious food. I will be back often. So glad to hear the hours will be extending into dinner service soon!

It was nice and quiet while eating. If you get the nachos, make sure to have two or more people there to consume (you get a big portion).

We stopped here and tried the nachos and a turkey club. Very yummy food, but definitely pricey. The cafe itself is adorable and they keep it looking nice. If you go outside you can walk around the gardens. It's definitely a cute place to eat and explore!!

favorite smoothie place! I love all of their smoothies, especially the super c! they are so fresh and don’t use any ice or refined sugars which is hard to find these days.

Always the yummiest food and smoothies with such a unique location. It's always so clean and the food is always fresh. It's such a feel-good place. My friends and I LOVE fraiche!

We ate outside and loved it. It was very peaceful and quiet with beautiful flowers

Love that it’s gluten free!! The avocado bacon egg sandwich was good! Also love that they have reusable stuff.

Entire menu is gluten free!! No cross contamination to worry about! We love going here for brunch 🥞
