Best people I've ever met helped me out when my wife was in the hospital with my guns I was pawning only place ill ever shop now.

The couple that owns the building really helped me a lot with knowledge on the laws of purchasing a firearm and were really friendly too. I buy my ammo here and found them very easy to work with.
I don’t know why they have such a low rating. My opinion don’t judge a book by its cover. Go in there and see what they have and talk to em yourself.

Very knowledgeable and helpful with what I was looking for and very nice lady who was working when I stopped by driving through town.

Wonderful, courteous and very clean store. Great prices too. Been doing business with them since they opened the store decades ago! 😊

I've ordered a gun from here I waited since January it finally came in (April). I didn't receive a case with it. But it was $50 cheaper than the official website (maybe because the lack of the case). The owner was a little on the rude side but i got what I wanted and i was out 15 min once my firearm came in. So. . . It is what it is. Lol.

They DNT give enough for things that you should get a good penny bk from it....

I don’t think running a pawn shop is the owners dream, it doesn’t even look like any pawn shop I’ve ever been in. They should focus exclusively on the gun trade because the woman is actively and visibly upset that you have the audacity to bring her things to pawn lol. Most bizarre experience. They have the monopoly on pawn stores in the area, someone else should have a go at it though because I wouldn’t even shop in here after being treated the way I was, let alone pawn things I don’t need anymore.

When she asked what I was looking to get for selling my items I just said whatever I am able to then she asked again so I told here 70 or 80. She then proceeded to say that she couldn't do that because the ps2 that she had wasn't selling keeping in mind that she didn't bother looking at my items. Kind of rude

Called to make shure they deal with what i was selling they said they did. Got there n the guy told me the opposite when i seen him in person. Big waste of time would not recommend doing business here.

Will never go back. Looked at some guns he showed me. Returned a few days later and asked to see some of the guns I had looked at a few days earlier. Iwner was agitated and told me they were the same as before. I had intened to buy a gun from him but the way he treated me I would not. He lost my business and I bought a gun same day in Roswell.

I feel like the woman, not sure if she is the owner or not, is not the best at customer service. Also it seems she seriously tries to give u as little as possible for yr merchandise. To bad its practically the only pawn in Artesia.

Business is not open.

First comment i heard as soon as i stepped through the door was don't discriminate on this customer and that was it for me will not come back to this place

Manger Looked at me and kicked me out.. I barely steped inside the store.
