Rude when you first arrive, website says $22 for two hours but, for an event it's $100 and they don't tell you until you arrive. Called several days before the event and still waiting for a call back.

Very expensive garage. Cost $100 for a WWE event and it was a small, tight garage where you had to leave your key because your car might get moved.

So it’s a pretty good place to park and good walking distance from areas. Feels like your every day parking garage. Easy to get in.... possibly very difficult to get out.

Me and my boyfriend along with another kind couple showed up to the parking garage around 7pm to get our cars when it was pouring rain. The people where we came out of the building said we needed to enter where we drove into initially. But there was a solid gate that we couldn’t get past. They then told us we had to run around to a different ticket place to be let it. However I couldn’t find it and my boyfriend who did said that there wasn’t anyone at their post.

The after hours security also was no help. They had no solution and wanted us all to wait at least 30 mins to be connected to someone else and then another 30 mins to POSSIBLY get our cars back. Luckily a manager was very nice and let us in through the building and that’s how we got out. She mentions that they usually close at 10 or even 11pm so I am still confused about their hours. They don’t post them but if you plan on leaving DC around noon you might be okay.

The staff was nice, but the people responsible for letting you get to your car after a long day is unreliable and frustrating. I saw another review talking about her terrible experience, so this is clearly not the first time the staff there has been unreliable. I liked the garage, but I probably won’t park there based on the unreliable stand point the staff has. When I want to go home, I’d really like to quickly and efficiently get back to my car.

Great place to park but whoever the female parking attendant is unnecessarily rude. If you don’t like your job STAY HOME!

AVOID! The tenants park your car anywhere and everywhere, blocking in other cars, creating tight corridors to maneuver through, and putting your car at risk to be hit by other drivers. They are rude and sarcastic when demanding you leave your keys for them to move your car as they please. When we got back to where we left our car, it was moved and had to search for it, only to find it with windows down. Very uncomfortable experience. Save your money and get the extra steps in parking at a different garage.

Rude, rude, rude!!! The woman attendant at the gate charmed me $100, even though I was told in advance that it was around $25. When I asked her for a receipt after parking my car, she said, how much did you pay? I said, how much does everybody pay? At which point she rolled her eyes and told me I’d have to ask someone else for a receipt. I told her, I gave you my money. Why are you asking me how much I paid? Are you not charging everyone the same amount? She directed me to speak with another staff member and refused to give me a receipt. If you don’t like your job, you should probably find somewhere else to work. It was supposed to be preferred parking for Lexus drivers, and that is not what I got. then we were told we could not bring our purses inside the event, and that we would have to leave them in the vehicle, and then asked to leave our keys. I refused. If my bags have to stay in the vehicle, you’re not getting my key.

I had an absolutely horrible experience. On May 31st around 7:25 pm, I saw a public parking sign. I was headed over to Bar Deco so I thought the Lexus Garage would be a good place to park. As I drove in, the security guard told me to drive down the hill. When I got to the entrance, there wasn’t anyone sitting in the booth. I pushed the button for a ticket. All of a sudden, a female parking attendant comes out of nowhere screaming, “Don’t push for a ticket. Don’t push for a ticket.” She walked up to my car and yelled, “Did you pull a ticket?” I said I pushed the button. She sighed angrily, rolled her eyes and stomped into the booth. She then came back out and told me “Get Out. Make a U-Turn. We’re closed.”

I was completely taken aback. There wasn’t a sign with hours posted. The only sign that was up said “public parking” and security directed me to the garage. If the garage was closed, they should have had clear signage. Instead of yelling and berating potential customers, this attendant should have properly closed the garage. I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional behavior.
