Stanton's Shopping Center

Meats look great. We bought some but haven’t cooked them yet. Our dog loved the bone and marrow. Lots to see and look at.

First time coming here since moving to Alvin 4 months ago, omg I love how small town it feels. The meats are really great priced and delicious. I had the elk n the deer sausage so far and they were both great. My daughter and I bought some Jerky as well and ate at the dinner. Everything was lovely. Will definitely be back.

I have shopped at Stantons since 1985. They have always been great but I especially appreciated them after Hurricane Ike I think it was and no one else was open. If I remember correctly there was no power but they opened anyway and used a manuel cash register to take care of our needs. The big corporations didn't do that for us but Stantons did. That is real service and loyalty to their customers and I for one will never forget it.

Had a deer processed here recently, and the sausage was very good. I'm a fan of the Texas Sweet Heat and Fiesta. Both are great.

I'm writing this review as a professional associate of Paul Stanton and his staff . I find them to be the best examples I know of Grace under Pressure; courtesy under fire, and unfailing friendliness at all times. Paul cares about his customers -whether they be vendors such as myself - or clients seeking every kind of tool or gift item; project supplies for any do it yourselfer . Just moved back home after living 10 years out of state. Thank you Stantons for being here and being exactly as it was the day I left.Stantons is a staple from my childhood, glad to see its success.

This place has an amazing meat selection, butchering services, some groceries, farm supplies, propane filling, etc.

Plenty of choices of meat! We bought bacon,sausage and assorted jerkies. Unique place with all things from hardware to groceries. This was a mini supercenter before the ones we have now. I enjoy going here!

Really enjoyed this shopping center. Saw it advertised on TV and had to visit. Nice drive on a nice day. The hardware store is neat. Has some nice gifts as well as the usual. The grocery section was set up nicely. They specialize in all types of meat that is not usually found in local stores. Wild as well as the usual. The chicken, beef and pork can be bought as usual or marinnated with different flavors. I bought some different flavors so needed to purchase a cold bag to get it home. Most of the items are frozen and ready for the freezer. A neat store.

Great place for meats. Quality is way above grocery stores. Big difference in taste. I only buy my meats there. They have a wide variety of game sausage as well

Best smoked meat choices, done on premises. Wild game, marinated items items ready to cook, and actual meat cutters on premises.

Custom meats and seasoning for the do it yourself'ers. Mr. George's restaurant is my go to spot as it was for my older generation of family members. I have loved this store since I was a child. They usually have hard to find hardware and specialty items from farm and ranch necessities to groceries and more. They have that real Hometown feel and nostalgia. The Stanton's have always been a friendly bunch and well respected. Thank y'all for your community service.

So many choices of meats. Premarinated boneless chicken breast and boneless chicken thighs. Amazing flavors for grilling up fajitas at home. Some of pan sausage.... definitely worth a visit to try out the many varieties of meat and exotic meats.

Great store. Exotic meat varieties which we love. Mr Stanton is very nice. Meat market employees are very helpful. All in all a great place to shop.

I made the mistake of not coming to Stanton’s first when I needed some rope for a major project. After a terrible experience at Home Depot, where I couldn’t get any help or even help myself, I headed over to Stanton’s and on top of better service, they also had a better variety and higher quality rope. As soon as I walked in the door Junior and Andrew were so helpful and friendly, my bad mood was completely cured. I got exactly what needed and was in and out in no time. I learned a lesson on who values your time and who is committed to quality. It’s the people at Stanton’s!

Bought some fajitas cilantro and lime flavor³; they were delicious! Also got veggies and ribs. Ribs were so tender and also delicious! They should advertise more, excellent store with many years in Alvin.
