My husband and I arrived very early and did not expect a room to be ready. To our happy surprise, Elijah at the desk had a room for us. He also told us about the perks of the hotel (free drinks at nightly reception, free breakfast, etc.) He was so friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. Location was perfect for tourists like us. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting DC.

Great overall experience! We had an issue with booking through a third party (the third party reserved the wrong dates with the hotel) and Elvis and Nivina jumped through hoops to help us get it resolved. The hotel itself is great. The rooms as well as the common areas were clean and updated, we never had to wait for elevators, and the free omelets in the morning were a great option. Location is great. Tons of restaurants and shopping close by, and a 10 or 15 minute walk to everything. I will absolutely stay here again.

Had a great stay here for a conference at the convention center. Convenient location to the convention, restaurants, drug store, & cafes. The free, made-to-order breakfast is excellent, and there's also an evening reception with snacks and 2 free drinks for guests. The staff was friendly and helpful. The on site restaurant, Brickstone, had delicious food and was a great place to hang out to wind down our evenings. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, and sink, plus a pull out full sofa bed. Would definitely stay here again when visiting DC.

This place makes you feel wealthy. The service is just too good. Nice breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The beds are pretty good, too. It has a gym, a pool(a bit small) and the food is so good. Like I felt uncomfortable when I first arrived, and this place made me feel like I'm at home when I got my room. Highly recommended. I do have one complaint about the water there. It smells and tastes like chlorine, and it makes you pretty gassy.

A very enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds, good sized rooms. The evening reception is every night and includes 2 drinks and some basic snacks. The breakfast is great- plenty of options, and the omelette station is awesome.

The gym is pretty basic, but adequate and spacious.

It's only about a 10 minute walk to the White House and 20 minutes to most of the National Mall.

Everything about our stay was exceptional! The entire staff went out of their way to be kind, professional and helpful. Our room was very generous in size, clean, and comfortable.
The included breakfast also exceeded our expectations. Our first dinner at Brickstone's was for convenience but we went back several times for the wonderful food and service.
We were 3/10 of a mile from 2 metro stations and there was a DC Circulator stop right outside the hotel.
Best hotel experience we've ever had!

Such a fantastic hotel. If I return to DC imma try my hardest to book my stay here. The staff were amazing, every single one of them 🥰 The room was clean and open, had numerous outlets. The location of the hotel itself couldn’t get any better. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and welcome.

We had a great 6 day stay here. It's an easy walk from Metro Center on the Blue line from DCA. Plus it's an easy walk to the White House, the Mall, and the Smithsonian Museums. The free breakfast and evening drinks and snacks were a bonus! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend staying here

It was a very nice weekend stay! There was a gentlemen named Brian in concierge that gave us great advice of things to see and restaurants. It really made our trip wonderful. The only thing we didn't care for was the manager's reception it had allot to be desired. The breakfast was good and those making omelets need to be tipped they work hard!

I enjoyed the stay, I got a suite with the breakfast included and didn’t regret it. I arrived here and check in an orderly fashion which was quite quick, with the staff being friendly and welcoming during my trip assisting with anything I need or came across. The housekeeping team was absolutely great and I gave them a tip for the trouble and the amount of work they did while I was out exploring in Washington. The breakfast was nice, I didn’t use the valet service as I was using Uber and public transportation but meh. The breakfast was good and offered good amenities. It’s over all food and close to local attractions or in quick driving distance, and is a good luxury hotel in Washington. If you are visiting, you should visit this one it’s a good spot on hotel.

The service was outstanding, This was in a nice location in northwest DC, Close to capital one arena and plenty of other places of interest. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Nightly reception was a nice touch, breakfast in the morning was top tier. Thank you for a nice stay!

Great hotel. Clean, nice staff, gorgeous rooms. Just be aware that parking is $40+ per night, couldn’t find that online but I booked through Expedia so that’s probably why.

First time to DC with the kids and my first time but not my husbands. A friend recommended this hotel for its location but also the amenities and it did not disappoint.

Free daily hot buffet breakfast. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon and rotation of either french toast or pancakes. There is an omelet station too but we didn't wait in that line to try it. Plenty of coffee and juice options from a machine so self serve. You seat yourself. There is cereal, breads, hot oatmeal, cut fruit and whole fruit.
Complimentary evening reception (happy hour). Two drink tickets per adult with your room key confirmation. Wines, select draft beers and hard liquor options. Snacks as well. The first full day we were there after a whole day of walking at the Zoo, the kids filled up at the reception and didn't need dinner. There was all sorts of cheese cubes, assorted crackers, tortilla chips, salsa, potato chips, M&Ms and some bagged Chex-mix available as well as juices and sodas you serve yourself out of the machine. The options rotated as well but we didn't make every reception.

The two bed suite was perfect. Kids got the bedroom with the beds and us parents slept on the pull out couch. The couch itself had a chaise lounge and was comfortable. Surprisingly the pull out bed was comfortable too. Thank goodness! When we have slept on others in other places, they have been horrible or a murphy bed also uncomfortable. The room had a mini fridge, microwave and sink. So it fit our needs perfectly.

Location was great. We walked to the metro, 9min walk, to go to the Zoo. We walked to the museums as well and to the White House and back. Will definitely recommend this location for all of the above especially if with kids. Not worrying about going out to find breakfast or to a grocery store to pickup items to have in the room for breakfast helped.

Valet parking also available and the garage is under the building so if you leave anything in the car that you need to get to, you can have someone walk you down. There are other cheap garages around but since it was our first time and we had the car packed, we didn't know if we would need the car to be more accessible.

Overall great hotel. Front desk has a text function that has a lot of potential but just feels slow compared to calling them directly. Breakfast is good but nothing beyond most hotel breakfasts. Coke machine was broken more often than working.

Very nice hotel. Front desk check-in went smoothly. The hotel is very well maintained. The morning breakfast was good, started to get busy at around 8:30. The location is excellent. The pool is very small.I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

As always, Hilton never disappoints. The room was huge and beautiful and this was the perfect location for our convention. The restaurant had delicious food and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

Here for a business trip but made some time for some sightseeing. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Poor soundproofing, could hear toilets and traffic easily.

A great hotel, conveniently located in the heart of Washington DC. Approx 15 min walk to the White House. Great location for all sites around the Mall. A clean hotel with plenty to offer including a small pool.
Safe very helpful and informative.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was good, I would recommend the omelettes. Also the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was in a great location. I was able to walk to the surrounding museums and restaurant's .It’s about a 23 minute walk to the museums. The restaurants in the area can be kind of pricey there is a Starbucks across the street from the hotel. Also there were lower priced places to eat like Chipotle and McDonalds in the area.
