I highly recommend the quesadillas. My kids love this place.
I've been coming here for some time, it is consistently tasty, affordable, with good portions size. Beers are cheap and ice cold. It is a small out of the way town so it can get packed at times and service tends to be slow. However as I said the food is good. The building is old, so is the restroom. If it's bad tell someone about it, they will handle it, but you are going for the food not to linger in the dark corners of the building.

We love this little small-town café. Prices and portions were perfect. They were able to accommodate a special request with no problem. Chips were awesome!

Went there today before baseball game. Unfortunately we lost the game but we won dinner. The homemade tortillas were outstanding. The chips were also homemade and were unbelievably crispy. The fajitas were delicious and the service was great. Our food game out fast and was just the right amount. Next time I am in Weimar I will definitely be back! Can’t recommend enough.

I had the tacos (3) and they were excellent! Tastes just like the ones I make, no packet seasoning but just simple and nice and flavorful. You get HOMEMADE chips and salsa. Salsa had that great fresh taste. I WILL go back and try more. GREAT JOB!

We ate here two days ago because Leticia's was the only restaurant in town serving breakfast. But, we would eat there again, even if there were many other choices! The food was fresh (I had chilaquiles), the papas were creamy and delicious and their refried beans were some of the best I've ever eaten! Even the coffee was very good! There was only one server, but despite waiting on tables and take-out and answering the phone, we never felt neglected! We were passing through, but if we ever go back to Weimar, we will de initely return to Leticia's!

I had the Beef Fajita Plate. I come from a Hispanic family and this place it's almost like an Hispanic kitchen. Food was delicious! The beef came out really good! The onions on it we're perfect. Fresh guacamole. The rice and beans did taste like it should. The flour tortillas are excellent taste. The free chips were very good! I'm from out of town and I'm so glad I found this place. Will come back with friends soon!

The place is "off the beaten path," located on a street parallel with the main thoroughfare of town in a storefront row of other establishments, plain to the sight. Unless I had been looking for it by a recommendation of one of the townfolk, I never would have found it.
The interior was plain, not fancy or gilded, by any means.
Three young ladies were hosting and waiting and serving on tables.
The chips and salsa were extraordinary. The chips were hard and crunchy, but not stale and soft. The salsa was very, very -- I repeat, very -- spicy, but obviously homemade; it packed a punch that watered my eyes and made my nose run golden balm to ease the fire on the palate. I drank lots of water, which completely cooled the heat while I drank; but, soon, after I stopped drinking, the fire returned, an ember un-quenched and un-smoldered. Very good.
The chicken enchiladas and taco were served on a hot plate, with (of course) beans and rice. With the fiery mouth, stinging and sensitive, I fought hard the urge to dig right in -- it looked so good, with what looked to be "real" cheddar cheese on top. I resisted for what seemed an eternity, and took the wise precaution of starting on the taco. Delicious! with small half-bite size slices of chicken -- not spicy but full of flavor seared on the outer part, tender on the inside. Very good.
The beans were "what mamma would make," fresh and robust, not old and minced. I could TASTE the bean, if you know what I mean.
The rice was nothing to get excited about, for it was so small in flavor compared to the rest that I had tasted thus far; but it was well-cooked, just right, and complimented everything quite well.
The enchiladas? Mmmmmm-mmmmmm-mmmmmm-mmmm-good! Real food, real meat, no fillers. And, the sauce on top, just right. Excellente'! Cumin spice, just right -- not too much, not too little. (This is the one that most other places hardly know how to use.)
Everything was good, including the service.
By the way, I noticed one of the other customers requested and received cheese (queso?) for their chips.
And, the price I paid? Everything, including tip: $10. Hard to beat.
With confidence, I recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone who likes natural, non-processed, what I consider "authentic," fresh and excellent Mexican food.

Very cute hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. Tastes fabulous 😍😋. Homemade Mexican food. It was very quiet and the service was great, we were the only ones in there at the time, so we had no wait at all.
