We had a great experience!! We had been to a few dealerships in the city, and it was obvious we were just a number. NO ONE would listen to our needs. They just wanted to sell a car. We were on our way to Schulenburg and decided to stop in, and we are glad we did. Right away, Jessica was immediately searching for what fit our needs. Bought a vehicle here, the sales staff was friendly and the finance guys were very easy to work with. They went above and beyond to make the sell and even fixed a few problems I found with the vehicle I didn't notice till after the sell.

We broke down on the way to San Antonio. Our transmission was overheating. We knew that there was a good chance that it was gonna be tough to find the leak… As we’ve had it in a shop before. But they worked on it for three days and drove us 80 miles back home. Great customer service.

Every step was easy. Looking at the vehicles. Test drives. I never had to wait for assistance. I gave my credit information in advance so I knew what I could buy. So the paperwork was ready for me. The sales agent, Brian, sat with me in the car afterwards and reviewed all the features. His supervisor, Jeremy, then told me if I needed help with any features in the future to just call him or Brian and they would either walk me through it or I could bring it to the dealership and he would sit with me again. Two days later they called me to ask how I was enjoying my new car. I'd definitely recommend Cavendars and I will be back for my next car.

My broker found my dream car on Cavender’s website. Salesman Jeremy Houston did an excellent job of providing pictures and data on the car.
