On The Spot Cleaning

I've used On The Spot twice for a whole house cleaning. Both times I've been blown away. Worth every penny! The staff are so nice. I would recommend them to anyone.

We used them for our commercial needs at Desert Hills Rejuvenation, as well as our residential carpet and tile cleaning. Highly impressed and recommend over and over again! They were punctual, professional, took care with our furniture and belongings, and went the extra mile. We appreciate the attention to detail and integrity and friendliness.

First of all… the NICEST people work here. I was so impressed how genuinely kind everyone was.
They were also very professional and organized.

We just bought this house and it only had a couple carpet stains and they let me know more stains could come to the surface after a cleaning and that they come back to take care of those.
They did exactly that and my carpet looks BRAND new now!!
Those stains were pretty bad too. It was impressive! 10/10 recommend!!

Our carpet in one of the rooms was so bad, we were planning on replacing it. We decided to get it cleaned and try to live with it for a little bit longer.

The lady I spoke to with for a quote and scheduling was very personal, friendly and thorough. She was upfront with the pricing (which was much less than I thought it would be) and wanted to make sure we wouldn’t be surprised with any extra costs or surprises for extra needed treatments for tough spots or odors.
Micah and Micah showed up on time, they were very friendly, professional, fast- and did a wonderful job! Our carpets look better than ever! And the one room we were debating on if it was worth it to even clean it, looks so good and has a lot more life in it!

Highly recommended! On the Spot Cleaning is a family owned, family caring full-service cleaning firm. They've been cleaning our carpets for years. Most recently in November 2020, Micah was dispatched for the task. Carpets clean and look and smell great all in about 2 hours. Once a year, a carpet cleaning is so good and, the carpet lasts a lot longer too.

Micah and Alli came to clean my carpets. I had some problem spots that I thought would not be able to be cleaned. The spots were from my dog laying on the carpet in her favorite spaces.
The spots were clean as new when they were done.
I called them back for an unrelated spot and they came a couple of times to make sure the job was "On the Spot"!
I will gladly use the service again.

First I got in contact with another carpet cleaning and they had to reschedule my appointment with them, but just ended up getting the run around. I needed to get my carpet cleaned ASAP because I was moving out of a one bedroom apt and had to be out of there by the end of the week, so I looked on the internet and called On The Spot and they were very responsive and professional. Told them my situation and see if they can come in the same day or the day after and they got me in later on the same day! I was so happy that they can come in the same day! I would recommend On The Spot to anyone and Micah did a really GOOD JOB! on the carpet looks brand new! Thank you On The Spot staff!

They did a fantastic job! They traveled to Gallup and cleaned an apartment that was filthy. We were able to rent it out the following week without replacing the carpet. Top job!
