After going to two other Verizon stores prior to this one, i’m glad I didn’t give up. Mark did a phenomenal job helping me find the best deal for my cell phone needs. Would NOT hesitate to visit this location and to ask for him.

Exceptional service. After my ‘battle’ with Tmobile for over a month, I had made the executive decision to transfer to Verizon. Came in for a new set up, I was able to receive perks did not know from online. There were three gentlemen, Johnathon, Christian and Michael. They were attentive and solved my issues within timely manner. I was in a different Verizon store earlier today. However, this location had exceeded my expectations. Amazing jobs well done!

So glad I found this location! Antonio took great care in sharing so much about the products purchased for my new phone. His associate was also helpful with information about the products in the store. I will definitely return to this location in the future. UPDATE: APRIL 2024. Antonio no longer here but present personnel exhibits courteous & very helpful service.

Went here to change carriers and get new phones and it was honestly a great experience. Hayat who helped us out was very knowledgeable and a super nice guy. If you’re looking for a painless experience I definitely recommend this place.

This is a authorized reseller licensed by Verizon .... our experience was far superior to the company store. The store looks like any Verizon store but the employees actually care and provide service, unlike Verizon employees. Highly recommended.

I stopped off on my home tonight. Two men were working. One was shadowing the other one. Both were very friendly and helpful. They saved me on my bill. They explained about the disney+ and they changed my cracked screen. I was in and out quick. Loved the service and loved not waiting.

This review could easily be negative one but if it wasn't for Daniel. I hate to say this but other's that used too and currently work there have no clue on what they are doing. I usually purchase my phones through Best Buy but this year I decided to give this store a try since it was new to my area. I was ready to give up on this store, since I was mislead many times by ex-employees and one current one that is not Daniel. I honestly have to say that I am surprise that Daniel is not the manager of this store. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure I got what I ordered and to clean up the mess given by other's. THANK YOU DANIEL for the help and making things right.

I came in to the store because my iPhone wouldn’t dial out. I was immediately approached by Herman and he was very nice and told me I had to update my software and also gave me options on my account. I’m not in the market for a new phone but the guys at this location got my phone up and running. Thank you to these for helping through these crazy times!

Nicholas was FANTASTIC. He was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I recently visited 2 other Verizon locations in Houston and Dallas, TX - where the customer service was below satisfactory. I couldn’t have had a better (hassle-free) experience. I will only come to this location for my Verizon needs.

I have to say that Donnie was able to connect my iwatch to the i family share when no one at apple or Verizon technical support could do so (and we are talking tier 2 ) support. I spent almost 2 days on this project. It’s very glitchy and tricky. Thanks Donnie!

Awesome service, I broke my old phone and had gotten a replacement came to this store to ask a few questions while on my way to work. The rep was detailed in answering my questions. Definitely bringing my friends and family to this store from now on! Go see hayat he's great!

I had an urgent situation where I had to replace a broken phone. The Victra store on Silber took me as a walk in and got me fixed up. Very knowledgeable and professional service. I highly recommend the Victra Verizon stores for fast service.

Euday was great. I came in with a swollen battery on my old phone Hyatt and euday both gave me all my options and I ended up getting a new phone and accessories. Thank you guys for helping out the community during this pandemic! Great experience, definitely would recommend everyone to come here.
