Panera Bread

Rose (the manager) and her crew rock this location! We came into this location about 2 months ago when it was a bit chaotic inside the restaurant because they were having a local fundraiser for a local school. Rose went out of her way to ensure that we got what we ordered. And her staff were very friendly and helpful as well.
Fast forward to this evening when we return to Panera. Rose and her crew were working again. They were super fast and helpful with preparing our order. We really enjoy coming into this location so that we can see Rose and her crew! And enjoy the food as well.

I really like the no-contact delivery option. As always, Panera snaps. I got a mouthwatering chipotle chicken sandwich.

This was hands down my NEW FAVE location. I will hold it dear for the rest of my life!!! I went in for a coffee after parking down the street. I was greeted by smiles and kindness at the cash register. The same woman who took my order also had been cleaning. I assisted and she again greeted with such kindness. The facilities were cleaned diligently. The tables were consistently wipes, the floor often swept. I was in there two times for the day, first time maybe 20 minutes around 1130am, second time an hour around 445/5pm. Both times I enjoyed the location and found peace and comfort to relax. The staff were extremely accommodating. I noticed they had a terrible couple clients after one another, they handled them extremely well! They shut down their negativity with active listening, educating the customers and redirecting the customers all while fixing the issues and complaints. Very impressed at the service. I hope to return there one day.

Great and quick service, I drink my coffee almost daily here. You can order in advance if you have a Panera account.

I enjoyed my visit at this location. I placed an egg white AVC spinach sdw with no salt and extra spinach. My sandwich was loaded with my request and freshly made. Thanks for that! That’s my left over ;)

I always enjoy the soups and the Mac n cheese

I had the broccoli cheddar soup and it was amazing, broccoli was solid and not mush. They were out of bread which was unfortunate. The new charge lemonade are good don't drink more than one thoug or else you'll get jittery.

Ordered a large catering order for my apt building resident breakfast and couldn’t have been happier! Ordering was a breeze and pickup was just as convenient. Friendly employees and I even received a follow up call later that day to see how it all went. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.

Great and clean during these times. Highly fast and sufficient. So busy sometimes that some items may be unavailable. Overall, great customer experience across the board. Go check out Ms. Teresa and friends at the L St. Panera (next to Lafayette Center)

Dominic was so incredibly kind and helpful! Ordered a catering order for pick up since my office is around the corner; Dominic helped me carry the order when he saw it was more to carry than I anticipated! Besides this superb experience, I often come in for lunch or breakfast and have nothing but good things to say about this team!

I love this Panera location. I walked in and my long food order was ready in like 5 mins! And they were giving out cinnamon rolls samples. Nice staff, always attentive. Also, my food was great.

I placed an catering order from this restaurant for a team breakfast and although the initial experience was not the greatest, the manager and her team were willing to make things right-- they went above and beyond and provided an excellent secondary experience. Small store, so eating in would be cramped, however rapid pick up was great.

My first Bagel experience was at this gorgeous bakery .. it was warm, mouth watery and delicious 😋 with a slight spread of cream cheese it was just perfect along my morning cup of coffee .. it has become my favorite breakfast venue ❤❤

I love this location they were very size it was clean I even was able to use the bathroom when most of the time during the pandemic most restaurants are not letting you use the bathroom they were awesome and the bathroom was clean I love their customer service keep up the good work team
