Went to the mall for some shoes and the employees were very very nice but went to the northline or Northshore line (not from houston but hope you understand) the person was dull but after small talk he opened up. Nice people.. thumps up to the employees at the mall.

I attended this location today and Mr. Robert made our experience wonderful. He presented himself very professional and was very respectful. He was very attentive and was very patient with us after we made him go to the back with like 10 different pairs of shoes.
But not only he was shining bright the rest of the team also...very professional greeted everyone as they walked in and this location is very clean and everything is in its place.
Job well done to everyone and keep up the hard work.

I love this place. I bought several shoes from here at great prices. I even threw the box away on one pair of shoes and was able to still make a return a couple days later. The staff is friendly and they have a security guard inside that is allot more comfortable then without due to the high crime in Houston.

Great selections and pricing. My purchase was within my limited income. We walked away with something we liked and didn't hurt our pockets. Infact we had been to 5 stores that either didn't have a good selection or had the same thing "on sale" ONLY HIGHER! We ended return to Footaction but it was the 3rd store in our journey. Oh yeah the associate Demarcus had the shoes at the counter waiting for my return. WOW! He knew we would be back!❤ Cool!
