The best medical experience I've had in years. From the front counter, nurse and especially Dr. Pieniazek. I knew he was actually listening by our conversation. He was very detailed but in a layman's type of way and didn't act rushed to move on to the next patient. He explained the website and the test he was going to have done. This office is top-notch in my book.

I had labs done at this location. I am TERRIFIED of having my blood drawn. I have had horrible experiences in the past. This was the most pleasant experience by far. The nurse immediately recognized that I was nervous. She talked to me throughout the entire process to keep my mind off of everything. Before I knew it, we were done! I barely felt the stick! I came in about 20 minutes before closing due to work, but I never felt rushed or like I was a bother. I highly recommend this clinic. The employees and nurses are fantastic!

Dr Jack Pieniazak spends the time to hear you out so he can best help you. Genuinely is a really nice person who I would recommend highly to my family and friends.

I am so glad that I was able to find an insurance policy with Kelsey Seybold. They are top notch, always professional and organized. I like that their locations have labs, etc.

I have seen several different Drs within the Kelsey-Seybold system. I have not had a bad experience with any of them. Even the labs and special images have been very courteous and professional. Would recommend you to everyone.

He listens and answers all of my questions without being in a hurry. He is always available when I have questions or concerns. He explains test results to where I can understand them. He is pleasant to talk to.

I love Dr. Pieniazek. He is thoughtful and listens to his patients. He isn't just interested in prescribing something and sending you on your way. He is interested in wellness not just relieving symptoms.

Always a great experience to deal with the staff and medical professionals at Kelsey. I'm very grateful this is my provider base.

Super easy appointment scheduling and they were able to see our son within 24 hours. The nurse and Dr. McKillip were both very thorough and took time to listen to our concerns. Labs/imaging is right there in the office so we were able to get a chest X-ray and results literally within minutes. Very happy to have found them!

Can't say enough about how approachable, informative, responsive, and kind the Conroe pediatrics team is. Such an excellent resource for all parents, especially first time parents.

The physicians and the nurses and the people who work at the front desk are very kind and courteous. They are very knowledgeable and treat you with respect and kindness. But, to get to an appointment is the hard part. When you call the schedule an appointment they wanted schedule an appointment for 2-3 weeks later. It's getting to the point that it is getting to be unacceptable to have to wait 14 to 21 days or longer to see someone because you have a issue
