The store owner was very helpful to me and my mother when we were the victims of a car wreck on January 9, 2023.

I was assisted by Mark at the North Houston location on I-45. He was great and not pushy. He really took the time to show me everything and pointed me in the direction of the area that had the style I was looking for. The prices were great and the experience was as well! I will definitely go back if I need anything in the future!

Walked in this place and was beyond shocked of the expansive selection they carried. The manager Josh was Super helpful and accommodating with our budget and found us a great deal we were super pleased with! Very nice and quality furniture with a great selection for kids furniture. Will definitely return when we are in need of furniture in the future!!!

Today I went to Landmark Furniture to search for a mattress. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mark. Mark showed me numerous mattresses and explained the different technology that each mattress has. After making my selection he wrote up my ticket and directed me to the check-out window.
There I was greeted by Cristal. I was asked if I was going to pay with debit or finance my purchase. I had no idea I could finace my purchase. She quickly explained how the 12 month deffered/ no interest payment worked. I was sold.
My entire experince was great. Matk and Cristal definitely exceeded my expectations today. I will return the next time I need something and I invite all who read this to see for them selves.

Walked into this store for first time looking for a bed for our son and was greeted by Josh (Store Manager) 👍🏽👍🏽. Very friendly and knows what you want without being pushy. Store is clean and very good prices. Josh helped us throughout and we purchased a new bed and mattress for our son. Great Deals here come check it out for yourself. We will definitely be back!!

Landmark took a stressful situation and stayed in constant contact with me duringthe purchase. My brother lives in Houston and is ill. I was able to purchase a bed for him online as I live in another city. Landmark made sure he received his bed and kept me informed throughout the process. I was so happy and satisfied with the service that Masoud provided today. From the beginning he asked what it was that I was looking for and as soon as I told him he didnt try to push a sell on a higher item and he didnt keep insisting I look at other beds. That is great customer service. When the sales rep actually listens and doenst try to be pushy. I will definitely return to see Masoud again! Is good but the warehouse is so far is way in the eastside. Is almost like 2 hrs away.. That's where you pick up your stuff. You have to pay 100.00 delivery to your home.
