Love the Cullen Running Center!
The staff is always super friendly and helpful with any questions or tips for trails.
Great spot to refill your water bottle and say hello to the staff.
Clean restrooms and showers available for a small fee!
The restaurant next door is open for light, healthy snacks and tea/coffee!

Love the running trails. It’s a slice of nature right in the middle of the city. Definitely a great place to destress.

Memorial Park is the best! During certain times of the year you can find beautiful wildflowers, fields, green trees, fall colors, etc, making it perfect for photo shoots.

Regular stop to get a “loop” in. Just over three miles if starting at the Trails Center. Great place to start stop a run though. Can get a locker, towel, and shower for cheap if needing to clean up after a run.

There are also a lot of trails in the “woods” if wanting something more secluded / less busy. Great park, best running in Houston.

This is a great place to start and end your trail walks and runs. The Cullen center has lockers and showers and they provide towels for a small fee. Ample parking but it does get packed later in the day. Lots of trails to follow, marked with difficulty ratings - easy, moderate and difficult. Early mornings are best. Some trails take you right to the bayou and and along it. The purple trail is a loop around 3.3 miles with an easy to moderate path. Generally good mobile network so you can use your phone to navigate.

Construction work is under-way to the north of the trails that will eventually connect to the rest of Memorial Park and Eastern Glades.

I love this place! Super instrumental in my journey to get back to my fitness level. Its continually expanding and improving. Probably the best overall jog trail in Houston besides Allen Parkway. Hit me up if you need a jogging buddy

This is one of the places that my friends and I like to meet up to start our bike rides from. It is a good clean facility with restrooms and a station to fill a water bottle. It's also still free parking at this point.

Love this park. So far the best place I have run in Houston. Nice scenic, plenty of eye-candies. Couple of pull-up and dip stations, descent parking lot spaces, clean restrooms at the community center. it offers a gravel track and separate bicycle lane. It was also seen some water fountains as well. Easily a five-star place!
