Owner husband and wife were so friendly. Had many bikes that would work for me as I am taller than average. They gave me a great price particularly after I said I would take it as is. If I ever need to get another bike I will definitely come here first.

Mark does great work, actually knows bikes, sells used bikes which is uncommon for the neighborhood

I went there because my back tire was flat. They fixed it in like 20 minutes and their attitude was always great. I just went for a coffee and my bike was ready to go. I looked around the shop and it looked like they have a very good variety of bikes and parts. I am certain that I will return for any future bicycle-related business.

Purchased my first bike here at the tender age of 32. They are good at helping customers find the right fit to your physique. I explained how new I am at bike riding and helped me get this sweety. Looking forward to coming bike for further assistance.

This is the best bike shop in Houston to go for great, personalized services. I went there for the first time for a bike build and they finished it by the next day! Note that I had never ridden a road bike before, so when I went to pick it up they were sharing and showing me how to do everything. We went outside to the parking lot and they had me test ride it to see if any adjustments needed to be made and pointers on how to maximize its potential. Overall wonderful experience. Great prices, service, and by the time you walk out the door you feel like a part of the family. Might even get invited to one of their grill outs! :) Definitely going back again for future gear and accessories.

I was looking for an extra large bike for weeks and no store had one in stock. Mark not only found one for me, but he also added some additional features free of charge. Awesome service, can recommend!

Found a great used bike here that was priced fairly. The owners are also taking great precautions during the pandemic — I felt totally safe in this respect doing business here.

Went by today for the first time. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The salesperson at the counter answered my questions regarding new tires that I needed and I appreciated his suggestions. I then met another salesperson in the back (I think his name was Daniel) who not only installed my tires and tubes, but he took the time and explained the general upkeep of my bike in a friendly, professional manner. I chose this place because of the great reviews I've read...and I'm really glad I did...

Needed a bike box and they hooked me up. They also have a dog that knows how to open doors. Cool shop!!

I have been extremely pleased with my bike service experience at Cyclone Cycles. The owner Mark is very nice and knowledgeable, not the snobby or rude bunch you often find in other bike shops. Cyclone Cycles Houston has always delivered my repair work on time!. The head bike mechanic Daniel is fantastic. The prices are fair and the bike repair service is first rate.

I've had mostly small jobs done here over 5 years. Then Hurricane Harvey hit and I needed 4 bikes overhauled. A point of honesty, they didn't do 'extra' work after understanding it was covered by flood insurance. Overall, I've been pleased with service and prices. For 5 stars, you have to appreciate hearing some stories and salty banter.

I had a 1 year old bike that had been just sitting there and decided to sell it. I got a lot more than I thought I would by taking it here. The owner was very professional and was very impressed about the condition of the bike. I would definitely check these guys out if needing to sell a bike!!

I needed to attach my seat to my bike. When I moved back to Texas from New York, it parted ways somewhere along I-95. #RIP
I chose Cyclone this morning truthfully because it opened at 10 when other shops opened at 11. Thank God it did!

Daniel helped me to correctly install my bike rack and stop dragging my bike along 610. He then attached my seat and put air in the tires.

This place is awesome, I've taken everything here from a high end bike to my 1973 sears cruiser to get white walls and a new crank. They love working on bikes and always take your business. Local, honest, small, professional, thanks guys!
