I can’t say enough good things about the owners of Landmark Furniture. I’ve been going with them for over 16yrs. The amazing customer service keeps me coming back.

I really enjoyed this past weekend talking to Robert, the exceptional sales associate, who was so patient. And two things that I observed from Robert, number one, he was acknowledgeable, but he didn't burden us. He wasn't overbearing, following us around. He was like, what are you looking for? We might have it. If we don't have it, we can order for you. And then he just let us be. And when we asked him a question, he'd be like, hey, we are looking for something like this. We just don't know where it is. That's when he came back in and assisted us. And that just meant all the world. A little bit of background, we are a third time returning customer from our first house to our second house. Now we are expanding and upgrading furniture because at first we could only afford so much. It was during the pandemic, a lot of unknowns. And now we're like, OK, we're good. We want to upgrade some stuff. We want to get new beds, new chairs. I mean, we had to return to the place that always treated us like royalty. Their quality of beds is exceptional. Even our chairs. Our chairs are exceptional. What happened? You got little kids and with cloth chairs, that's a no, no. You need the leather. So because we got the cloth on, they got dirty very fast. Now, mind you, they did ask us to get the protection and we were like, no, we don't need it. I still don't believe that they're needed. For the price, they lasted very long and they can be used for outdoor chairs now or us playing cards or family games, just not at our dining room because our marble table has definitely still strong, still sturdy. We just need new chairs. In our bed, we never got a new bed set. We just only got the mattress. And so after, think about maybe eight years, we're finally getting one that will last us for the next eight, 10 years until we want to decide to upgrade it again. But this team is phenomenal. Their patience, their ability to answer questions in the deals. I mean, my gosh, you get incredible quality for a very low price than gallery furniture and other furniture stores, which I have a gallery furniture in my house too, but it's nice to be able to get things on a bit of a budget as well and still be high quality. That's what I love. And their family members, I mean, the same people I saw four years ago during COVID, they're still there. And that just speaks to the exemplary services that the owner has. So I believe if you're looking for a place that has quality furniture that's going to last, but also ensuring that you can get things that you want and that they'll have it in stock, then I strongly recommend that you go here from everything, from Texas cowboy to luxury, to twin beds, to paintings. They have it all. You will find it and you will find family there. That's what I love. That's why we keep coming back. So I hope you all have an incredible experience too.

We were searching many stores for living room furniture and we found Landmark. They have really good quality furniture and lots of beautiful pieces and sets. We loved working with Belinda at this location. She was so nice. She did not hassle us and was very helpful! She answered all of our questions and had a lot of knowledge about all of the furniture they had. We love the guardsman warranty as well. This warranty had a great price compared to other places we have shopped. The manager talked to us and he was very nice and helpful as well.

I PURCHASED THE KING MATTRESS and BOX SPRINGS ONLY, NOT THE BED! Great customer service from Mark. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! He took his time showing me different mattresses and didn’t come off as frustrated with my many questions. Not only did I get it deliveries the same day but Mark spoke with his boss to get me a better deal. I was exhausted and a bit annoyed because I was sick but Mark turned my day around for sure! Ask for Mark!

Sells person Mark Chapman is the best going out of his way to help my wife and I pass closing we will be back soon.

Best Furniture store I've ever been to. Great prices, great sales people, all around great experience

We had been looking for a few months at different stores and came across this place. I was extremely pleased with how friendly everyone was. We ended up with a sales rep on her first day. She was very polite and friendly. The owner of the store was helping her on her first day and he was equally friendly and polite. We came in looking for mattress and bedroom furniture and were pleased with the selection. Most places we had been too over the past few weeks were very pushy and wouldn’t take no for an answer. But here at Landmark they were not pushy. It was like a breath of fresh air! We went to lunch to talk over options and decided to purchase our bedroom furniture and mattress at landmark.. we are sooo happy that we did. Great furniture and wonderful prices. I will be going back next year to get our dinning furniture. I would definitely recommend this place if your on a budget and need good quality furnishings at a affordable cost.

These guys delivered my couch same day and after spending a couple days enjoying it i found a small stitch coming loose. Once i talked with them the sent a replacement piece that night on my schedule. I was super pleased with the service and delivery crew. I will definitly buy here again.

I've been waiting to complete my bedroom set & saw the commercial on TV that everything was 60% off!!! I was in & out in about 20 minutes or so AND it was actually $100 less than the sticker AND the delivery fee of $100 was waived!!! Thank You Lord!! My set is COMPLETE & looks GREAT!!!

After searching for good quality and great prices I finally found them at Landmark Furniture the last place I thought I would. After being undecided on different bedroom sets and mattresses the salesman made the process so much easier after explaining pros and cons with each different set. Once I finally decided on a set the salesman Martin was able to give me a great price and a great deal! He guaranteed to delivered the same day and he did not disappoint! Martin made the experience so much easier and I will def recommend him and next time I know this will be my first and last stop! Thanks Martin for an outstanding customer service!

Ms. Belinda at Landmark Furniture. Y’all I’m not a review writer AT ALL but her service was beyond my expectations. She was so patient and sweet. She made the entire process so easy. It felt like I was furniture shopping with a friend. She was even able to get EVERYTHING delivered the SAME DAY! By far the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Great store with a fantastic selection and an extremely helpful staff! Belinda helped us and answered all of our questions. Would have never guessed that they would have so much good furniture.

I had a excellent delivery from both Manuel and Ismael. Not only were they helpful, on-time, but made my experience so easy and relaxing. They came in - built a ton of furniture, made sure everything was protected so my floors wouldn’t get damaged, they cleaned everything up and my place looks spotless. They also made sure to show me how to unlock and lock my furniture pieces.

I went to the main store on 5900 north freeway and the salesman was great wasn’t pushy at all. I walked around the store and salesman ( Scott) was talking to me about where I was from and how my day was going and then I had some questions and he explained everything to me . He was extremely nice . I then walked around until I found what I wanted, a living room and bedroom set . I explained my budget and he told me everything was in stock , which was remarkable , because I had been shopping around . He worked with my budget and beat everyone’s price , I was able to get furniture that day , without any lies . It was a pleasure to purchase and work with him. I highly recommend Landmark furniture and Scott as a salesman. Go there it is worth it.

We bought a mattress from here and it was defective. They gladly exchanged it for us. The second bed was too hard and we were able to exchange it also. Brad helped us with both exchanges. We are very happy with their customer service. The new bed will be delivered next week. I will update my review on its comfort later. I highly recommend this furniture store.
