My husband got his dialysis catheter here, and we don't want this type of service done anywhere else. The negative reviews seem to refer tot he front desk, with which we also had a pleasant experience. We are set to have his fistula/graft installed here, and actually prefer to make the drive from Katy!

You have no say in anything. They don't call you about changes, they just call with the changes.
Today doctor came in late for my husband procedure..
No regards to family and they're work schedules or the patience schedule.

Had 8 a. m. Appt. People came after us with later appt was seen ahead of us. Not sure what order they use but why give appointment if you not going by them. Not sure how service will be?

1. Front desk was rude and told loveone 'i heard you" in a very unprofessional manor. I bit my tongue.
2 Texas is open now. After sitting in lobby over a hour same employee tells me i have to go sit in my car. And in her attitude if i had keys?. No heffer we rode here on a dang horse.
3. Due to the results of this visit i will make sure my love one does not come here if treatmebt is needed.
