They put the unit exactly where I requested it to be. The container I received was spacious and very clean. They also have excellent customer service and their prices were reasonable.

SpaceMaker Mobile Storage is so easy to work with. They have a unique delivery method that allows them to drop an 8’ x 16’ foot container in a VERY narrow driveway. Scheduling for delivery and pick up was so easy. Their prices are very affordable too. The whole team is especially nice, and provided me with all of the details I needed. If I ever have storage needs again, I would definitely use SpaceMaker!

I live at the top of a 150 yard steep pipe stem driveway, SpaceMaker had no problem getting the unit exactly where I wanted it!! Should I ever need a storage solution again, I will be back!! SpaceMaker Mobile Storage is by far the most convenient option for storage! The customer service is on point! I needed to empty out my basement due to some water coming in & they had a unit at my door in the next few days! No need to rent a truck or move things across town. I was able to keep it at home as long as I needed & when I am ready to move it, they’ll pick up the next day to store on their site. With just one phone call, I can access my unit when I need. They will even bring it back to my house when I’m ready to unload! Their prices are competitive & they offer great discounts especially for long term storage needs. I'm so grateful to have found SpaceMaker Storage. My calls and emails with questions or requests were always returned quickly, and every interaction was pleasant. I love that this really is a local business; Jim, Jena, and Jose knew who I was and what my storage needs were each time we spoke. Everything with dropping off the storage unit so I could load it, picking it back up, keeping it on their premises for 5 months, and then returning it went exactly as it was supposed to, and the whole thing was less expensive than competitors I checked. I had the pleasure of meeting Jim Layton, the CEO and owner of SpaceMaker, when he stopped in our leasing office at Avalon. As he began explaining what they offer and how it can be beneficial to our residents, I realized I'm already a customer--my basement flooded with the recent storm, and our contractor highly recommended SpaceMaker for our pack out. It was so convenient! Jose called in advance for instructions, and dropped off the container perfectly in our driveway while we were away. It's the perfect size, everything fit with room to spare. The unit is very clean and secure, giving us peace of mind with our belongings inside during the restoration process.

I can't stress enough how easy all of the people at SpaceMaker made our move. We sold our house before finding a new one, so almost all of our furniture had to go into a pod while we camped out in an apartment (for a year!). Every single step from delivery of the pod for loading to final pick-up at the new house was made simple by the courteous, professional, and super responsive team. In addition, after a year of being in storage, our belongings arrived at our new house just as they had been loaded, as if the container hadn't moved at all.

We are a military family and have moved ourselves several ways, including using big name storage bins. I have never used a company with such professionalism.
