I called everywhere known to man and every where was booked out 2 and 3 weeks. I needed a fix asap. I called Pasadena plumbing n gave me 4 or 5 days. I took it. Then got a call later same day and had someone out here. Didn't catch the gentleman's me but him n his helper, Edgar were awesome. Made sure the pipe was capped off and that I had no other hidden leaks. I will def. Use these guys again. Thanks so much!!!

We had a whole house repipe done last week. They replaced all the pipe including the service line from the meter to the house in one day! They are an incredibly talented and hard working group. The company's master plumber was actually on the job working! You won't see that often and you won't find a better or more experienced crew anywhere. Add that to the best materials and reasonable pricing and you have a deal that's hard to match!

I had need of a plumber on a Saturday for an emergency repair. I called Pasadena Plumbing around 8:30 that morning. Randy was at my home by 10:00 and before noon had located and repaired the pipe. In addition he took care of a few other repairs I'd been needing. He was professional and efficient and did not take advantage of the fact that I live alone as so many others would have. Their prices were reasonable too. Pasadena Plumbing will now get all of my business as well as my referrals. They are a great company to do business with.

What a great company! And what terrific service they provide! This is the third or fourth time we've used Pasadena Plumbing Services. Each time they have been fast to respond, honest (when others weren't), and very reasonably priced. We asked for Mike again, he's great - Pasadena Plumbing is our Go-To company for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks Y'all for being this good!

2/13/2019 Unstable toilet leaking from tank. Called Pasadena Plumbing. The lady on the phone was super friendly and helpful. Plumber Chase showed up right on time. He assessed the problems quickly and gave me an estimate. Chase was polite and very well mannered. This hard working guy got it done quickly and did a fantastic job. The toilet looks like it belongs on a showroom floor and it works perfectly. Plumbing is a difficult job and it's not cheap.....but you get what you pay for. Save yourself some time and trouble...call Pasadena Plumbing services.

I had a ruptured cleanout pipe in the backyard. Another company had come out previously and quoted an amount that I felt was too high.

Randy and his team came out promptly, gave me a reasonable quote, and did a good, thorough repair in a short time.

The next time a problem arises, I will definitely call Pasadena Plumbing Services first.

Pasadena Plumbing and Randy were truly our heroes. Like many others, we were impacted by the Freeze of 2021. Our pipes froze and our ceiling fell in. Although there were thousands in my same situation, Pas. Plumbing was here in days to help. They found that we actually had 7 pipe splits and saved the other rooms. Kisses to them all!

Pasadena Plumbing sent plumber Randy Boothe to clear our drain line. The clogged material was located very deep in the line. Another plumbing company claimed the pipes were broken and gave up on finding the true source of the problem. Randy's experience and determination guided him to continue deep into the line until he encountered the source of the clogged line (baby wipes). His skill, knowledge and determination eliminated an ongoing problem and saved me from making an expensive mistake. Thank you Randy and Pasadena Plumbing!

Tony and Mike came out immediately. We didn't have to wait until the next day or week. We had a serious leak and they were able to fix the problem quickly and at a reasonable rate. We will contact them again should the need arise. Thank you Tony and Mike!

Pasadena Plumbing Services (TEXAS NOT CALIF) is the best plumbing contractor I have ever dealt with. Long story short, I had to replumb the story and a half house, from 50+ year-old galvanized while having the HVAC replaced as the main trunks were under the furnace and plenum. Chris met with me for a proposal and to understand the coordination required in order to keep each contractor out of the others way. His proposal sounded too good to be true but after interviewing two others in the area, I was convinced they were using the best PEX product method (the Uponor process) that would be laid into the old galvanized footprint. They took the time fish the new piping into existing holes with only minor sheetrock cutting. They found recent copper line from the meter to the house, and recommend NOT to replace and instantly prorated the contracted price accordingly. He promised and stood true to his word on a post-install followup to address any residual issues. This guy and his team are great - cooperative, polite, courteous and professional. I was referred to PPS from a friend who used Vidal and his team. I have already referred Chris and his team to others.

Randy was great- knowledgeable, professional and friendly! He came out and was able to quickly remove and replace a broken hose. Reasonable prices too!
