Walmart Supercenter

Always have what I need here. Today I came to find some Christmas presents for my son. And got everything I wanted and more.

They were slowly rearranging all the food in every aisle.Its confusing .especially difficult on a time limit because I take the herta bus. with just the one hour it used to take me I didn't have the chance to meander up& down each lane casually glancing at every shelf on both sides section by section. The outcome wasn't a great one but last minute changes to my list made it a very costly one! I don't want to be there for 2hrs the next two or three times I ride the bus there to find and memorize the new layout..ugh

This particular Walmart has great staff and great selections. Awesome clearance sales throughout. I also saw these beautiful mini orchids.

This is the best Wal-Mart that we have shopped. Today, there were SO many employees stocking shells, so many employees offering assistance, so many employees appearing to actually enjoy their jobs. This is the only Wal-Mart I ever want to shop.

they have a large selection of gluten free items

We stopped in this location on the way back to Des Moines. Aisles were clear and associates were very friendly. Loved the visit!

It's a great location.
Until the robots take over. The Staff is very friendly.

I received my new eye glasses. They fit nicely

Love our local Walmart, the employees are always very helpful and kind. The store is always well organized and picked up. Also the clearance sections are super easy to find, they're always doing some sort of deal, which helps tremendously when shopping for groceries on a budget. And there's always enough carts inside. The pickup workers are very fast, but also gentle with your items. All and all the indianola walmart is one of the best to go to.

Good management. Well stocked and clean. Professional looking and acting staff. Better clientele which is worth the drive from Altoona. Indianola should be proud of their Walmart. These observations have been made over several visits.

As far as Walmarts go, doesn’t get much better than this one

Update: I am so thankful, Indianola has been keeping a couple cashiers going so when I come in and shop for our monthly supplies I don't have to fight to also check them out.
Also Sarah who helped me back in lights is so helpful she goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service.
Also Dean is a great worker too, when he couldn't find what we needed he got Sarah. So much nicer to shop when the workers care.

One of a nicer, friendlier Wal Mart. This one is by far, better than the one on SE 14th in Des Moines. I stop in to get a grab and drink and snack on my way to a golf outing. There's a lady with license plate "HOTMESS" sitting in vehicle. I parked next to here and I think I scared here. Sorry young lady.

The store was well kept and clean. The parking lot was not littered with land canoe "shopping carts". The self check out was fast and made it easy. It beats waiting behind a customer with a cart full of groceries and paying with a checkbook. I recommend this location .

I received excellent customer service today from Phillip in electronics. He was helping another customer but asked me if I needed help and directed me to the correct spot for the item I needed and said he would be right there when finished with the other customer. He came over shortly and apologized several times for the delay even though it wasn't long and he clearly was with another customer. He helped me find the correct accessory for my phone and was very pleasant.

Indianola Walmart is the BEST!!! The people are so nice & helpful. I love their clearance aisles, the cart full of discounted goodies, bread, etc. back in front of the milk section. You always find good deals marked down throughout the store.

Love the sales going on the swim wear. Bought 2 plus a cover up and they all match. Marilyn at the self checkout is a very nice lady. I've known her for quite some time now. Since I moved out of state...it's the 1st time I've seen her since I moved. It was great to visit with her again.

I absolutely LOVE the Walmart pick up option!! I have done it a few times now and it so sooo nice and so easy! I absolutely hate going into the store because it’s such a time killer with my families busy life and this seriously makes things so much easier! Oh and Sharon my personal shopper has been absolutely AMAZING every time!

Somehow you walk in, and lose an hour of your time and at least 20 dollars ends up spent. Today went for the auto center, had close to a 2 hour wait, wasted some time in the store went to leave and just to double check asked for their wait time. I was able to get in and change 2 tires out in less than an hour and checked out before I had to leave for work. Overall good experiences.

I am a cashier at this store. Honestly I keep a great smile, even when I'm stressing out, I will never turn down a customer even if it's my break time. I will wait to take my break until my whole line is empty. Really wish more customers were understanding that we as employees do everything we can to make the experiance quicker and easy but just like anyone else sometimes we make mistakes and when it happens we try very hard to get it fixed in a timely manner. I love my Walmart! Keep smiling!

I took my new car to have my tires checked for balance and rotated. Doug did a great job. Car runs very smooth now which made my day first off. Jeff who greeted me when I arrived was very friendly. He answered all my probably silly questions without making me feel silly for asking them. I was very pleased all the way around with my experience visiting this automotive center. I am from out of town but will be returning for my basic car needs when I am in town. Thank you and great job guys. Way to treat your customers!
