I always have the best experience here! I see Angela and she is always thorough, professional, and kind. The nurses and other staff are also amazing, specifically Barb. I always leave feeling heard and knowing that I’ve been taken care of. I highly recommend coming here!

My experiences at MercyOne clinc in Indianola have always been very good. My Doctor is the best I have ever had. She is very personable. Also, her diagnosis and advice have greatly improved my life.

Want to give a heads up for the ANRP I saw at mercy Clinic in Indianola, Kelli McCormick, last week. She discovered I have arthritis in my spine and set up a plan for me to deal with this and so far the treatment is working and I haven’t felt this good for such a long time. I couldn’t even tell you when I have been completely pain free. 💕💕

My doctor, Kelly McCormick, is absolutely incredible! She really listens and gives wonderful care. I have never gone to a medical professional who is this thorough.

I just moved to Indianola last year and decided I needed a doctor in town. After researching, I landed on Dr Candice Smith. She was absolutely wonderful, caring, and listened well. She helped me address an issue I have had for years but never was comfortable enough with previous doctors to bring up. When I call to make appointments the staff is so friendly and personable. Very happy with my choice.

Dr Peterson and NP Kelly are fantastic. Always seem to be able and willing to work with my schedule and answer all my questions, even when I worry it might be a stupid question. Front desk is wonderful as well, friendly and so kind to my daughters. The nurses are honestly a little hit or miss when it's an appointment for one of my daughters. You can tell when its someone more experienced with kids. But we're very happy with this office and have never had any real issues from any staff member. In fact, they are very helpful when coordinating care with specialists at other offices.

I almost didn't go to this location based on all the negative reviews. I am glad I did because the staff were friendly and efficient. I was called back before I finished my paperwork. The nurse was friendly and I did not feel rushed. It took about 30 minutes for the doctor to come in but I could hear her going in and out of other rooms the entire time and it sounded like the other people needed the doctor more urgently than I did and it is an urgent care so 30 minutes isn't bad. The doctor was friendly and appeared concerned for my well being.
I am not sure if they got new staff or the other reviewers were there on a bad day but my experience was a good one.

We just had a well-check for our son. It was our first time to this clinic since we moved to Indianola. The front office staff were very helpful and kind. The nurse and doctor who saw our son interacted with him which I always love to see. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you Mercy!

Great team, my daughter just loves Dr Peterson! We can always get in to see him when something comes up even if he has a full schedule we get squeezed in. As a new mom it was important to find a place we felt comfortable taking our daughter and didn't have to wait too long to see her doctor if she suddenly was sick.

Amira is Great. 8/3/21 She really cares about her Patients. Her Student with her today. I had a whole list to tell her and that blew her mind. But she was very caring and went right to diagnosis and ran me through the whole evaluation. She was Awesome and very caring. Would be very proud to have her as my Dr.. I made a bad comment in jest, but I forgot they couldn't see my facial expression to know I was joking. I feel bad but she was Awesome just like Amira.

Dr. Moran is wonderful! My son loves him! He actually took the time to explain things to me. Mrs. Dr. Moran is just as wonderful! I live over an hour away but it's worth the drive.

MercyOne is always Great... Candice Smith is a wonderful family doctor and her nurse " Andy " is always such a nice.. smiling... persobale and caring young woman that really listens and Cares for patients after my Stroke and ALL post Stroke visits... My family will always continue to use MercyOne Indianola for as long as our Dr and Nurse continue to stay there... Matthew from West Des Moines

I can’t recommend Dr Dankle enough. He is very kind, listens and addresses any of my concerns. Very friendly and explains everything in detail, he makes sure to answer all of my questions and concerns.

Absolutely love Dr. Peterson. The staff is always so sweet, helpful, and always make me feel welcome. So happy some one recommended them for my kids.

I like the Indianola Mercy clinic.I don't have to wait along time on my appointment day.My Dr. is Dr. Olsasky. I'm seen by her in a timely matter and takes the time to discuss any problems or concerns without feeling rushed and checks me over depending on why I went to see her.The staff are curtious,I would suggest Indianola Mercy Clinic for great care.

I see Dr.Smith and she is fantastic. My husband and I both go to her. The office staff and nurses are just as great! It is a clean clinic and we have high standards!

My kids love Dr. Peterson and Dr. Moran is always wonderful. Reception is very nice. I have never had a problem.

I have taken two people here. They got us in quickly on weekends/holidays. The service was very professional. The medical staff was very competent and courteous. I intend to use them again when needed.

I thought everything was just fine. It’s a walk in clinic, it’s going to be slow and kinda chaotic at times. If you don’t like that make an appointment with a doctor.
