MercyOne Indianola Urgent Care

They got us in quick. I didn’t have my insurance cards on me or Social Security information for my son and they were very willing to work with me and got everything pulled up before we left.

The doctor was very knowledgeable addressed our acute issue and even took care of a small concerned that we had pop up in the last week or so would definitely go back

Last week I saw a Heather Jeffords, PA, on an urgent care visit. She was wonderful! Listened, asked lots of questions, and took her time with me. Something I highly value in this fast paced day. I wish I could ensure that I see her every time I go.

We showed up with 5 min to close bc my 3 month old started coughing and breathing a little too hard for my comfort that evening. The staff was so kind and understanding and did a great job of checking her over and doing the tests that’s correlated with her symptoms. Would def take my kids here again

We made an appointment online, they got us in quickly on a busy day! Dr. Hatchitt was great! Professional and very helpful with all our questions! O

This was my first visit to MercyOne Urgent Care Indianola and everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was peaceful. The nurse and nurse practitioner I saw treated me like a person and listened to everything I had to say.

Will definitely use this care facility again if needed.

Online scheduling was easy. I was surprised the urgent care was open on Labor Day. There 6 patients in front of me when I checked in. They were taken care of quickly and I was called shortly after my scheduled time.
The PA and all the staff were professional but friendly to make us feel welcome.

I showed up just before closing time and they took me back right away. They were all very nice and took good care of me before the ambulance got there. Thank you to the workers/providers at the Indianola urgent care!

Not a long wait time we went 45 minutes before they closed, professional front desk gal was an absolute sweetheart. Our nurse was pretty good and took her time to explain what was needed to be done with my daughter.

I was disheartened when Urgent Care attending physician refused any treatment based on that I had home-tested positive for covid. She just simply kept insisting I go to the ER. Fortunately, I chose to listen to her and headed up. 9hrs, 4 blood draws, xrays, IV fluids..antibiotic w/potassium infusion, startling news, food and gold star treatment, I was headed home. She literally saved my life. I was rapidly turning septic, had double pneumonia, UTI, vitaly low on potassium, and NO COVID. The urgent care doctor saved my life!! Had she let me pressure her, as I was doing, to just hand me a bunch of pills, I'd have landed on deaths doorstep REAL FAST. Hats off to her!! Thank you Mercy Indianola Urgent Care. Bless you!!

Like u can set an appointment we’re very nice in and out rather quickly for urgent care

It was excellent service and didn't have to wait long for the appointment. Really appreciate the time to figure out the problem that my daughter was having.

I found the clinic to be very caring and helpful. The PA, Heather Jeffers’s, that saw me was excellent, answered every question so I left feeling good about my reaction to the bee sting as it was so swollen and hot. Might check in to see if she takes patients. It was a great experience.

I was pleased with the care and feeling better. I was disappointed that the computers do not share with the Iowa Clinic or other Doctors I go to!

Brady Gerber and the staff were personable, caring, and knowledgeable. My 6yo daughter woke up feeling terrible on a Sunday morning and I wasn’t sure where we could go to find a remedy for her. Thankful for the online booking and registration which made it easy to set up a time for her to be seen and the short wait upon arrival at the clinic. We were in good hands and appreciate the Sunday availability!

I came in with what ended up being a broken finger. Everyone in the clinic at every step of the process was wonderful. It really felt like the people I was seeing were taking their time to talk with me, ask questions to understand, and listen, which is some thing that I value a lot when it comes to seeing medical professionals.
I made sure to ask along every step how I was, if I was comfortable/okay with xyz, & if things made sense.

Thanksgiving visit, so it wasn’t busy. Every person we came into contact with was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very clean.

Highly recommend Indianola urgent care. Great staff, great providers. Very helpful.

I was there yesterday for what turned out to be strep throat. The one thing I will say is to call before you walk in. I'm so glad I did because when I called the previous day, I was told they had maxed out on accepting walk ins. So, they scheduled an appointment for me the next morning. After arrival, I waited about 30 minutes in the lobby before they called me in. I was totally fine with that considering that is fairly normal these days. Once in the room, the nurses were all so sweet and apologized for the wait. It was a really good experience, considering how crummy I felt. But, like I said, call first because I noticed there were still some of the same people waiting in the lobby who were waiting when I first arrived. They must take those with appointments first, though that's just a guess. All in all, a very positive experience.
