I'm very happy with my choice to shop my diamond ring set with Mervis. Another week until I give this anniverary gift, but I'm sure my wife will love the upgraded replacement ring set. My fiance and I came made an appointment at the K Street location and were immediately made to feel comfortable by the team and when Maria sat down with us, we could not have asked for more insight and thoughtfulness as we went through what we were looking for in an engagement ring. My experience with Mervis, overall, was 10/10. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the ring was finished more than a week early. They gave me all the paperwork I needed to get it insured and provided support along the way. I can’t recommend them enough. The one drawback I’ll admit, was that there website didn’t show their entire inventory so don’t rely on that, go in and talk to Maia and she’ll help you find what you’re looking for.

Finding a wedding ring is hard. Finding the perfect one is harder. After visiting 6 stores, we finally found Mervis Diamond importers. I am glad we did. We've had nothing but great service at Mervis. We moved out of state and still preferred to send my rings to Mervis when they needed resized. Janette was a HUGE help and stayed in contact with me through the whole process, she even helped with some quotes for rings I would eventually like to have custom made. My rings were shipped back to me overnight priority and arrived safely. I can comfortably wear my wedding rings again and that means the world to me.

It was such a pleasure to work with Elizabeth Appleman again today. She assisted us a year ago in replacing my engagement ring and the purchase of a 25th anniversary band (with warranty). She patiently guided us through many choices and helped us pick the perfect special rings without being pushy. Boy am I glad she set us up with a warranty. A great experience! Maia was knowledgeable, patient, and understanding in helping to find the perfect ring. There wasn’t any upselling, just the exact items I was looking for: a fantastic diamond paired with an excellent, high-quality band. It was ready in about a month - but I was in no rush. I suspect if I was in a hurry, or the holidays hadn’t been going on, it would have happened faster.

Maybe most importantly, it was all well within my budget! I had wondered if Mervis would compare favorably on price, and frankly I was pleasantly surprised. Walls are tastefuuly appointed with fascinating historic photos of South African diamond mines.
