My business has been banking with Eagle Bank since March 2020. The folks at the Chinatown branch have been uniformly welcoming and extremely accommodating to us in every way.

I always have a pleasant experience when using Eagle Bank. I've been to several branches and customer service is exceptional with friendly tellers.

The staff is outstanding,fun,sociable and most important very helpful!!!

The ATM at this branch has been out of service more often than in service when I have attempted to make deposits, which I wouldn't need to come here to do if this bank had mobile deposits or longer hours. I don't know how it stays in business, considering the incompetence it showed in opening a savings account and issuing an ATM card. It's not my personal account or I would have transferred long ago.

I had a business account with Eagle Bank, and it was one of the worst on line banks I've ever had to deal with. It was extremely difficult to access my account, every time and I was constantly on the phone with customer service.

Very glad I don't bank here personally
These tellers need to be reminded customers have choices and with the other financial institutions available, customers may elect to do business with a bank that demonstrates a willingness to provide outstanding service !

Rude bank manager. Looks down at people. Does not know how to speak to people. If possible I will not return and will make the same suggestion to anyone. I will be sending a personal report to Eagle Bank about their employee

Consistently refuses to cash checks they issue, claiming the signature is not on file... we have a corporate accountant, one person signs our checks, there is no week to week inconsistency on our part, only on the bank staffs

No maryland branch no good
