South Houston City Hall

I had to go to the water department at City Hall. I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I received great service, and was in and out quickly. 5 Star Customer Service

Great Staff. Great facilities. No criticism. Good mix of residential and mix of commercial. Great location location - it's in the middle of all eastern county. Has highways freeways and rail; and Air Cargo about 3 minutes away.

The lady was so helpful. Things I would not have known she told me. Think God for her ..

Everyone was so helpful & I look forward to a return visit sometime soon..

I have lived here for the better part of my life. it seems that whenever the city has a function alot of out siders show up. while some of the kids in our neighborhood cannot come as they have no transportation. or no way to go to these functions. it breaks my heart that happens. it used to be that you'd have to show proof you lived here in order to participate. WHAT HAPPENED? WHY ARE MOST OF OUR younger CITIZENS LEFT OUT.

We pay so much for water that stinks. A household of only 2 people and we pay more then $50 monthly. And the water smells so bad I'm afraid it's contaminated. How is this possible? And no one is doing anything about it.

The waiting time for the paper work is ridiculously long

City hall staff is helpless not knowledgeable or professional what so ever! They need staff that can be willing to explain paperwork and not give you attitude about charges you want to know about and they just want you to pay!

Rude staff with attitude and inspector cosme cavazos is rude and he thinks is the authority of the city

Rude staff ,that have a shack for a court house
