Best Western Plus Hobby Airport Inn & Suites

Very nice hotel right by the airport. I got a suite with separate bedroom. Despite the building is not new, the room is nicely maintained with new carpet. The finesse can be best exemplified by the bed frame support, whose sharp edges are all wrapped with plastics to prevent injury. Breakfast is pretty good, better than any other Bestwestern hotels I stayed. Hot items included eggs and sausage. Nice coffee machine with latte and cappuccino available 24 hrs.

The only pitfall is pool, which is neither heated nor cleaned. Additionally, no jacuzzi available.

Easily accessible from Houston Hobby. The staff was super friendly, helpful at every turn both over the phone and in person. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The full breakfast was tremendous topped off with a TEXAS shaped waffle!! Will definitely stay here again when the need arises. Traveling solo and I felt very comfortable in this hotel.

Very reasonably priced and just less than 2 miles from Houston Hobby Airport.
The desk clerk was friendly and the check -was fast. The hotel lobby was nicely decorated.
Our room was clean and had a fridge, coffee and tea with a kurig machine, iron and ironing board. The bedding was comfortable. The included breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, coffees, tea and hot chocolate. There was an assortment of pastries.

Very nice staff and really good complimentary breakfast. Only one complaint: not enough electrical outlets in the room and NO Mirror except in the bathroom. Otherwise, very clean and good ... Which is why gave it a five star rating. We will stay here again. Good value for the price!

This is hands down the best western ever! The trip adviser edger is on his game. the rest of the staff Is amazing. I will call in the A - Team. Stop in and let them make your day the same way they made mine

This was the best Best Western I've stayed in.
The front desk office staff was very pleasant especially Crystal. I was very undecided about the hotel, but after having a friendly conversation with Crystal, I made my reservation and confirmed it with may payment.

The friendliest and most welcoming staff! Great location when you have an early morning flight out of Hobby. The room was spacious and clean. Loved the modern decorations.

Pleasantly surprised. Clean rooms plenty of towels good shower and bed was fine. Excellent in and out location from Hobby Airport (car rental return before flight, after check out)
The only thing weird was Google maps sent me to some obnoxious no tell motel about 3 miles away instead the correct location. Called the front desk and got correct address easy peasy. Staff was super chill and polite.

Great staff and clean hotel. Very calm and not a lot of loud noises. Be careful with parking though. Someone in our group got their truck broken into and their window smashed

We had a great stay here before our cruise out of Galveston. Breakfast was convenient, not fantastic food, but quick and easy. The pool was a nice relief from the heat. And the exercise room had all the equipment types I needed. I also left my jacket behind during my stay and the staff was able to locate it for me. The receptionists were always courteous.
The only critique would be the rooms. The shower door fell off the rails occasionally, and the floors are noisy above. Other than that, I would still stay here again the next time we're in Houston!

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was actually hot, which is a plus. The pool was also nice. Location is good and there’s security working at night so we felt safe. The hotel isn’t too far from the nightlife areas. Overall, I would recommend and will definitely stay here again when visiting Houston

If you want value for money this is great. Very close to the airport and only about 20 minutes to downtown.

The hotel itself was in a great location for Hobby Airport. Breakfast was good, definitely above average for similar hotels. As for the room , the bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept great.

Is it a 5 star hotel....no...but it is a great choice at its price point.

PS. Don't order Domino's from there. It is only 2 miles away but took over 1 3/4 hours to arrive...on a Tuesday afternoon. We talked with other guests who had the some issue. You've been warned.

I was stuck at the airport for the night until someone recommended this place. I needed a room for a long layover and the staff including the shuttle driver was awesome. Got me to and from the airport. Room was comfortable and clean and no issues. Thank you

Great service!! Everyone was super friendly, our check in was super quick less than 5mins. Breakfast was always warm and well stocked, many variety to pick from. Rooms were super clean, our room had a nice smell and they even came to make our bed and fix around when we only stayed two nights, that was very nice of them at some hotels you don’t get room service unless you request or stay more than 3 nights. It is by the airport so you might hear some planes departing and arriving but even then pretty quiet for the location it is on. Would definitely return! 15min distance to downtown, Kemah, it was at the center point for everything we were doing that weekend. Hotel has been renovated and gotten new paint, very modern looking.

This is our go to hotel when flying out of Hobby Airport. The staff is always smiling. When there is an issue the staff is happy to help. The hotel is always clean. They also have a service to allow you to leave your automobile at the hotel when flying out for a small fee.

5/5, layover from Orlando and the shuttle picked me within 5 min, super clean lobby area, Christine (front desk)made accommodations for me within minutes and I am truly thankful overall on the service and would recommend this place. Thank you everyone for making a stressful time for a foreign traveler feel less stressed.

Breakfast was great each day and the hotel was clean. The whole hotel has recently been remodeled so everything is new. Definitely would stay again.
