Holiday Inn Houston-Hobby Airport, an IHG Hotel

I was here for about a month or so and it was a great stay . All the staff are helpful and welcoming . Recommend for long stays and short as well

Our flight was canceled last minute and we were scrambling to find 4 rooms we were traveling as a group of 12. I spoke with Aaron and he found us 4 rooms and got us all checked in. He was so kind and friendly. The rooms were so nice and clean and they even had a shuttle bus that took us back to the airport the next day. I would definitely recommend this place and it is so close to the airport.

This is an excellent hotel and the staff is marvelous, especially Kelly at the front desk. She saved my bacon today. I was completely lost on how to print out a boarding pass and she did it for me. Thank you very much Kelly

Courtney & Kelli made our experience amazing! After a frustrating day of canceled flights and bad weather my family was stuck in Houston. I was not impressed with the facilites but I was blown away by the service. These girls love their job, and care about the customer.

I did laundry and they gave me quarters from their purses to do my laundry and found detergent from the back as they had none to sell.

I would definitely stay here again, thank you Kelli & Courtney!

Good hotel, their breakfast was good. the big lounging area near the entrance adds a nice touch. My room had this mirror with a light which i thought was pretty cool. And the AC ❄ couldn’t of been better. I enjoyed my stay here.

GREAT FOOD! No watery eggs. Nice quality!! Everything from the grits, eggs, bacon and pancakes are nice and moist!! The dishes are clean and there are huge tables to sit at. Nice kitchen staff. Clean rooms and 4 comfortable fluffy pillows😏.

This hotel is older but well maintained and clean. The front desk staff Nick and Dennis was awesome and so helpful. Also the assist chief engineer Marciano was so sweet. When we were at the pool he made sure everyone had plenty of towels. Moved a lounge chair for us. Very good customer service skills. I have stayed multiple times here and have never had an issue. We didn't even hear the airplanes going over like I figured we would.
So, Nick,Dennis and Marciano keep up that great spirit of hospitality.

My husband and I stayed one night before our flight to Denver. The night we stayed, we had purchased a spot to leave our vehicle during that week in their garage for safe keeping, however the vehicle decided not to start again. This made it unable to be moved and we were in need of a mechanic. The kind kind young man at the front desk—I’m so sorry I can not remember your name— reimbursed our parking pass as we were going to have a tow truck pick the vehicle up on Monday. He did everything in his power to ensure our issue was a smooth as possible.

Bed was comfortable, water pressure was great, keurig options were nice, and the shuttle was fast and efficient! Even being so close to the airport, the planes above hardly made a sound, just felt like white noise.

I will always stay/park here when going on a trip!

The manager was really nice (and also front desk agent) and we stayed at room 127 right by the pool. The a/c was good and the bed was comfortable i liked how the room has a floor safe in the closet and the shower was really spacious. We had plenty of pillows and towels. The breakfast could have been a bit better maybe add more fruit like strawberries or grapes or something. Other than that i liked how breakfast included yogurt, milk, coffee, tea that was great. Waffles would have been nice. Easy to check in and check out i would definitely return. (My wife loved the hotel as well)

Clean hotel, friendly staff, reasonable price.

Staff is super welcoming and friendly. Close & convenient to the airport and car rental return. They also had restaurant/bar specials (which I didn't get a chance to take advantage of.) The rooms were nice, clean and a super comfy bed. The lobby was also welcoming. Will stay here in the future when I have an early morning flight! Thank you Holiday Inn team!

Staff were exceptional and kind. Airport shuttle came quickly after the call and the front desk manager allowed us to check in early. The room was clean. Had a great stay. Thank you guys.

This place is a hidden gem. So comfy. I could lay all the way flat on their bed and not fall off. The chair didnt fall over and it had a hidden fridge! This room is da bomb! Oh no, i didnt say bomb. Who said bomb? If you say bomb more than 3 times the fuzz will come get you. But i wont be here so they will have to find me and while they are looking, maybe they will stay a few nights at this place thats almost better than home! Youre welcome, Holiday Inn and thanks for a good nights sleep. Be cool! Thefuzz!!

I was extremely impressed with the hotel, so much so I felt the need to write a review. Look, the place is not the 4 seasons, but in its class I've never been happier. They had a very lavish happy hour and breakfast spread. The internet was free and worked well. The room was clean and very nice. The shuttle to the airport was free and frequent. Very satisfied.

The rooms have been upgraded, service is great and the price is extremely reasonable. The entire hotel has had a makeover but the staff is still the same (which is top notch). If you travels require to be in Houston, I highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it.

Excellent Service. Front Desk most Cooperative and helpful. Shuttle service very quick and efficient. Just park the vehicle at the Garage and shuttle took to the Airport similarly picked up from Airport which is less than 5 minutes drive. Rooms very neat and clean. Highly recommend for stay and for Parking the vehicle when going outside Houston.

Stayed at this location for 1 night. It's right next to the airport, has a shuttle running on demand. Was greeted by the friendliest faces and decided to stop by the restaurant, which is conveniently located in the hotel! The bartender Anjanae was a doll. She made me feel so welcomed! Her hospitality and customer service was A1! She is a for sure keeper! Give that girl a raise.. she handled the crowd so gracefully with little to no help!! Great staff at holiday inn. Will for sure be coming back!!!!

Nice quiet room with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. It's very close to the hotel and they have a free airport shuttle. They also have a free breakfast buffet that was very good except for the hash browns, they could have used a little more seasoning. Other than that I would stay again.

Stayed at this location from Sunday to Friday. They recently remodeled and the place looks amazing! Had a blast with the bartender Anjanae. She was awesome & was the life of the bar! Her hospitality and drinks don’t disappoint. All the staff was great. I’d definitely choose this hotel again! Will be coming back in the future to enjoy the great service and awesome hospitality.
