Just picked up my Street Glide from Osborn Cycle Service and I have to tell you that all my 20 years of dealing with Robert Osborn have been awesome. He is knowledgeable and experienced with repairing all years of Harleys from Panheads to the latest Twin Cams and James and Cody are really helpful too. It's a great feeling to know when you drop your Harley off to know you are leaving it where it will be fixed right the first time and at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. They are the BEST HARLEY REPAIR SHOP in the Houston Metro Area!!!

Robert is one of those guys you need to know. He’s down to earth, knowledgeable, helpful… and EXPERIENCED. You need to trust the guy that keeps those 2 wheels under you to stay under you, and that trust belongs with Robert, not some chain box store that rotates mechanics faster than you need oil changes. Stop by, and you’ll see why he’s been an established go to motorcycle shop for a long long time.

EXCELLENT customer service. Osborn knows EVERYTHING Harley. He's frank and extremely accurate. Very passionate Master Technician. Feeling great about getting my 2007 Road King Classic tuned there with a heavy breather. And they use and install Powervision tuners.

Best bike shop I have ever had the pleasure of servicing my bikes at. I will only use Osborne's for all my repairs and fluid changes. They rebuilt the motor on my 1998 Ultra Classic Eletra Glide and did an outstanding job! They are honest and stand behind the work they do. You can trust them because they have integrity!

Took my 08 street bob there to get the fork seals replaced and couldn't be more pleased with the service, I got there a hour before they closed on Friday and he had my bike ready the next day one hour after they opened. He stayed late to get my bike done because he didn't want me riding in the rain Saturday afternoon, I'm very pleased with the price they quoted me also. If you have a Harley Davidson and you need anything done to it then this is the right shop for you, good prices and good quality work. Thanks again!

Robert Osborn is the best in the business in my personal opinion. Robert and I became friends over 16 years ago when he worked on my Harley. Robert is a TRUE Christian Man who I respect highly. Robert is Honest and reasonable in his prices and always ready to help you with your bike needs. Robert is a great problem solver even if you are on the side of the road with your bike down. Robert is a Family Man with great Morals and Integrity. What more can I say about this man I call my Brother. He has always been there for me and even came and got me and bike from the side of the road. Yes he has a trailer and will come get you. He stays late and comes in early for those who are out of town and need to get back home. I have even seen Robert come in on his day off to work on a bike. I believe he has been working on bikes for over 35 years. His specialty is on HARLEYS. Please go by and see him for your needs and get that friendly smile and awesome service. You may have to wait awhile but it is worth it. Robert is certainly not the typical bike shop who will rep you off. I assure you of that. As a Military Veteran and former LE I trust him entirely with my bikes over the years.

This is the only place I take my bike to get service or to have after market parts put on. They are all very nice, knowledgeable, professional and the prices are unbeatable. You get the quality workmanship put into your Harley as you would expect from a dealership with out paying the Harley prices..

I recently took my 2017 Harley Davidson Iron 883 to Osborns to get my 1k mile service. I was amazed by the HUGE price difference in Osborn Cycles price and Harley. Of course the dealership wanted to charge almost $400 and 3hrs of labor for something that took Rob 30mins accompanied with a great conversation and an amazing price. I will always take my bike here to get serviced.

Rob is very very knowledgeable about Harley's and any bike for that matter. He has everything from Harley's to custom choppers to old school first generation bikes at his shop. If you need any kind of service I recommend Osborn motorcycle service. Unless you just want to pay those insane dealership prices than have at it.

Took my wife's 883L here to have some work done; the service was great and so was the cost! I will be coming here from now on instead of going to Harley! The owner is great, up front and no BS...just the way it should be! I would recommend taking your Harley here for repairs or any other work.

Came to Osborn shop today... Had a great experience Robert was great very friendly and hard worker.. Helped me get my bike back up and running in no time.. Reasonable price very fair.. stop in and give hm a try.. beats the Harley shop prices... Thank you Robert..

I am very pleased with the installation of my saddlebags. Robert made them look like the were purchased with the bike. the service was awesome. Will be returning and definitely recommend.
