I only went to corporate office to pick up the special edition of the newspaper after the astros won the world series. They people who managed the line were very helpful and maintained the flow of the traffic without any issue. I only waited for around 30 minutes but it wasn't that bad since the line were moving quickly and the payment process was straightforward. Great customer service, especially for this special occasion in Houston's sports history.

Getting into this place is a little annoying but it's definitely worth it when you get inside. Consider booking your next meeting or conference in here!

I used to work as janitorial maintenance here through another company. What do you want me to say? It's a pretty cool place, everyone who works here is pretty chill. I like the fact that my work helped me see what goes on "behind the scenes" at least production-wise! Really awesome place!

Unlike other reviewers here, I've been a subscriber for more than 25 years and the only time my newspaper wasn't delivered was the day after Hurricane Ike. I'm just glad my neighbor didn't swipe my paper the day after the Astros won the World Series.

I started reading the newspaper at age 7. The San Antonio Light was my introduction to newspapers and I read daily about the war. Moving to Houston to attend Rice I found the Houston Post to be my kind of paper. Much to my chagrin the paper folded and the only news source became the Chronicle by default. Giving up a life time habit is difficult but I am considering phasing out the 74 year habit of starting the day with coffee and the the news. When was it decided that the entire paper was to become an editorial page? My father started as a sports writer but always felt that his job was reporting not making the news.

Without sounding cryptic, my visit to the Houston Chronicle Newsroom redefined my prejudiced View of print media. I found dedicated and focused professionals, who are courteous, honest, and thorough. I think I'll renew my subscription.
