SpringHill Suites by Marriott Houston Hobby Airport

Great hotel, it was a very clean place. I used the laundry room and the fitness room during my visit Some place I would definitely stay again.

Good customer service is so hard to find! The two women working the morning/afternoon shift were so patient and welcoming. Our shuttle driver was pleasant and prompt. The two women working the evening shift were SO helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great gym with free weights and plenty of cardio equipment. A wonderful one night experience/stay in Houston!

Ended up here after our flight was cancelled. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and patient with all of the people frantically trying to find hotels and check in. Upon check in we were able to schedule the shuttle at 4am to be back for our rescheduled flight. Despite being up all night doing airport runs the shuttle driver was very nice and upbeat. We really apprecated all of the kindness shown to weary traveller's at this location and would absolutely stay here again.

This is by far the cleanest and most convenient hotel located near the hobby airport. Staff was very friendly and the rooms are well inspected before it was released to the guest. I would highly recommend this property to any business and leisure travel. The hotel provides airport shuttle pick up and prices of the rooms are affordable.

Me and my family stayed here for 3 nights. The room was clean and a great layout for my family. Breakfast was good and a lot of options. Staff was polite and they have security in the parking lot at night. & It's in a great central location to Galveston and Downtown. Highly recommend!

My stay at this establishment was great. The room was clean and serviced daily. The staff was friendly and the shuttle drivers were great. My only drawback was that they have not updated the Ethernet data connections in the room. I was expecting to be able to work while I was here, but I wasn’t because the ports are outdated and I wasn’t able to locate a compatible adapter. Breakfast could be better (mainly the eggs). But I would definitely book and stay here again. Oh the bathrooms are kind of tight...I did stub my toe trying to close the bathroom door. I had to get behind the door first, then close it.

Great experience with the staff. Our flight was canceled at 10pm with southwest, they gave us a room at SpringHill Suites. They drove us to get food and picked us up. The employee stayed after her shift to drives us around. Big thanks to the staff.

Had to stay on an overnight from the airport. Close to airport, easy and friendly shuttle service, easy and friendly check in. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast had many options and longer hours on the weekend. We appreciate that the hotel made a stressful situation much more pleasant.

Nice decent and clean hotel. I had to stay here because the airline cancelled the flight due to weather. Very close to Hobby airport. Quick 7 minute shuttle ride to the airport. Shuttle will take you to excellent restaurants near by including Pappa burger and Ninfa’s (Premium Mexican Restaurant).

The rooms were clean. The room was large but bathroom was small and tight. They have the freeze-you-if-on air conditioners but warm if you turn them off, otherwise they were fine.

The free breakfast was more of a top tier free breakfast: included hot scrambled eggs, make your own waffle, eggs, bacon, instant oatmeal, breads, juices, fruit, etc. The service was friendly and gracious. Nice clean eating area.

Very nice. One of the few hotels who 1. Had availability and 2. Served actual breakfast (as opposed to the pathetic brown paper bags detailed with granola bars and a 4oz bottle of water). The rooms were clean and the service was very kind and friendly. My children enjoyed the pool also.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Megan and Jackie were wonderful to us. Megan is new (which we did NOT know), that shocked us seeing as how professional/quick she was in getting us checked in. Miss Jackie explained her mantra for work is making sure her customers fully enjoy their stay. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt at home. 10/10 would recommend this place. Clean rooms, excellent customer service, quick check in, plus a bar!!!

Clean, basic, hotel near Hobby Airport. Free breakfast was OK.
Only complaint was that it took minutes (measured over 2 minutes) for hot water for the shower. It came but took a long time.
They were accommodating and took me to the airport when I wanted rather than making me wait for their schedule

The employees from shuttle drive to maid service were very kind. I was there under stress and they cared. However; don't bother with the room service. The wait time is long, then the food gets left at the desk. So I got to go to sleep hungry. I don't know why it's called room service? With that being said, be sure to understand that the room service,services was not actually a part of Springhill of Marriott. Luckily the plush suite I had, made it much easier.

This is a great hotel. The staff is great. The rooms are pretty modern and VERY clean. The only thing that erk'd me was the bathroom and TV. The bathroom is SMALL. As in you have to stand up and shift your body to open the door small. The TV is very obsolete. Resolution looks to be 720p 😞. Other than that great experience.

We enjoyed everything about our weekend stay. The lobby, room, and exercise gym were all very clean and comfortable, and every staff member we came in contact with was kind and attentive. We especially LOVED Jackie who made us feel welcomed and was a joy to visit with while we had a drink before heading out to dinner. We'll be back next trip to Houston for sure!

The front desk gals & guy, the shuttle drivers and the petite woman who takes care of breakfast in the morning - they all deserve a raise! The complimentary breakfast was good too. I was surprised.
Even though the hotel is a distance from Downtown Toyota Center- the hospitality, service is much better than most hotels I've stayed at.
The next time I'm in Houston, I will be back.

Very shady location but it is ducked off. Definitely some colorful characters running around the parking lot. The room was spacious but not 100% clean.

The location was great. A very clean suite. We are a family of 4. We had just come back from a cruise and they had a washer and drye on the premises for guest use. Our only complaint is that the bathroom has no ventilation or fan. Taking a shower was like being in a sauna. Outside of that, it was spacious with 2 full beds and a pullout bed in the couch. Microwave and fridge were nicely sized too. Great place. We will return when in Houston again.

Great place to stay. Meet great people by the beautiful outside fire pit. Breakfast is not any good. Daily rooms, halls, services entry, and etc was cleaned. Very friendly staff plan to go back and stay soon.

My wife needed to be checked in very early and it was a day after Memorial Day. Housekeeping had a full load and many rooms were still dirty. Lisa, who was working the front desk, went out of her way to make sure my wife got the very next room available and in doing so went above and beyond in making her day so much better.
