Comfort Suites Hobby Airport

This hotel compared to the others in the area is off the charts. I will certainly stay here again!! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. By far this is one of the best hotels to stay at near Hobby airport!!!!

The staff was very kind and provided me with all of the stuff i needed. Rooms were clean and I enjoyed staying there. Definitely recommend people to give it a shot

Great space. Great beds. Great shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the rooms are dated. 1990's. Rooms need new paint. T.V. is dated, not flat screen as we know it today and small. Didn't eat the breakfast buffet, but it smelled delicious.

Disappointed that we had to pay for the water in our room, Nothing was free except parking. However, the room was clean and decent with the exception of a couple of roaches in the bathroom but, I killed them LOL!

Amazing room. The furniture within the rooms were very comfy. The only complaint is maybe just that I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the tv and put a channel on but I don’t know if that came with the room. Other than that, great service from the staff.

Our room was very nice and very clean. The front desk staff was some of the most friendly I've ever encountered. Complimentary breakfast is always a nice touch. If your looking for a cheap room in Houston you can't go wrong. Excellent value for a NICE room!

I stayed one night. Staff was amazing and rooms are really nice and large.

Amber was the front desk attendant. She was upfront with us that the hot water wasn’t up to par but made up for the temporary water issue with her friendly and professional service. She did everything in her power to make our stay a comfortable one. They even reimbursed our Uber ride from the airport. Great staff makes a huge difference for a business! This one is great. We will stay again!

After a brief overnight stay at the Comfort Suites it was perfect for making a quit get away to the airport in the morning. The room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast was well stocked and had adequate selection. Would stay here again.

Clean , friendly and so welcoming ! Ive stayed here a number of times and i cnt say enough good things about this hotel. The pool is extra clean and tidy. The breakfast has a good selection of items. I would highly recommenced this location!

Greeted very professionally in the evening by Miguel, who gave us plenty of info about the area. Great rate, ended up staying for 5 nites. Room was very nice and spacious. Bed and pillows were both comfy. Shower hot and pressured. One thing that needs improvement is the TV signal. Mist channels are a bit grainy. All around great value and location for us.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was satisfactory. Just minor complaints, there was a touch of mold on the curtain and the air circulation in the room was poor. Still an overall excellent experience for the price.

This place is great. The staff treat you with hospitality as soon as you walk in the door. Amber was very welcoming to our late night arival and took good care of us. She was super friendly even when her line of customers came in all at once. I would recommend this hotel and will be back.

Just checked in was kinda worried because of negative reviews however the room is clean and smells fresh!!! The elevator is still broke however we were able to get a room on the first floor!!! I will update when our stay is finished.

Front desk clerk was great. Got us checked into our room early after having to leave our previous hotel due to roaches. Also recommended a good barbershop.

OMG! The beds were awesome, so comfortable that I didn't want to leave the room for what we went to Houston for. Loved the ample space they even had a little place for a couch, never felt crowded like Motel 6, it was very clean, breakfast was good when it was omelet day, didn't really like scrambled egg day, waffles were great one day cinnamon the other day strawberry, but you got to get there early before it gets packed and the eggs run out. The only issue I had was the elevator kept breaking down, the elevator itself looked like it needs to be remodeled. My favorite every time I go to a hotel is the jacuzzi which unfortunately doesn't work and looked murky. They had a small computer room in the lobby and a cardio gym which I didn't try because I was on a diet for two weeks for the trip, was there to let go but would try it next time, and we got there when they were remodeling the place but still had a great stay. Parking is small and awkward but pretty good overall. Front desk was always cheerful especially Tammy. Recommend this place to every one.

This may not be a 5 star hotel but it's beautifully remodeled amd the staff is superb! Tammy is wonderful and made me feel welcome, safe and well taken care of in a strange city! Slept like a baby! Breakfast is great! If ever I'm back in Houston I'll be back!

I was flying out of Hobby airport the next day and had a long drive to get to Houston. The late night desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. My room was modern and comfortable. Breakfast was only so-so, though. I'll be staying there from now on whenever I travel through Houston.

Service & Stay was great, LJ at the front desk was Awesome, Quick fast check in, no problems. I’ll be returning for another stay, Thank you!
