Fast Park & Relax HOU

Honestly this was a slay. It was a lot easier than I expected! The drivers are prompt and very helpful with luggage. Upon returning to Houston the bus was ready to go in the pick up area. Thank you Josie for driving us back to our vehicle. The lot itself is close to the airport and looks well kept. Will definitely use in the future!!

Edit: I’d like to mention that even though our flight home was delayed the price wasn’t much more than the estimated price! Our estimated total was $44ish and we paid $49 for Friday (evening) until Tuesday (evening). Hope this helps!

We have used Fast Park at IAH and Hobby and consistently have a great driver. Being dropped at the gate in an air conditioned van is a far better experience than self parking and dragging our bags through the Texas heat. Highly recommend this facility. Whatever you guys are doing to recruit and train drivers, kudos!

This trip was my first time using Fast Park. My dad uses it for work all of the time. When I first arrived, Earl was the man at the gate and he was so helpful, as well as friendly and happy, and at 330am at that! I parked and Ray was my shuttle driver. Ray chatted it up and got me to the airport with ease. When I flew back in, to my pleasant surprise, EARL was my driver on the shuttle back around 1230am, friendly as ever. Man, I can't express enough how amazing Earl is. He remembered me, remembered something I had told him about my trip 5 days prior and was just all around great. I can't Thank yall enough for having an employee like Earl. Do not ever lose him. He's an absolute asset! (My trip was back on 03/03 to 03/07)

Great lot. Great price. But the service was OUTSTANDING. Linda and Jeffrey were just what we needed after a long stressful international trip with two young kids. They were sooo friendly and willing to help us with everything we needed. Thank y’all.

Great location, quick and convenient. I'll definitely use this lot from now on. When we got home from out of state to pick up our car, the battery was dead. We called for roadside but there was no need because Daniel went above and behind the norm of service and saved the day! Thank you Daniel! After an exhausting day you really were the light that helped brighten our day (or night so to speak lol)!

I'm the first time user. It was so easy to park. In the entry ,just show the reserved QR code.. the guy will say us the park lot number to park the car such as I14,J20 etc. Just park the car and the shuttle will follow you. He can help you to load your luggage into the shuttle and drop you to the hobby airport (5 mins away). You can give him some tips. Don't forget to get the card from him (instructions and the lot number mentioned in the card).

While return , just collect your luggage and wait for zone 3 passenger pickup. They pick you and drop you near your parking lot.

Drive the car and pay the final amount in the exit. Drive to home..

My experience at the Hobby Airport location was very positive. Both drivers, going out and coming back, were friendly and efficient. We returned at 3:30 AM on a Friday and there was a bus waiting for us, that was a huge relief.

My group loves the staff at the Fast Park by Hobby Airport. My group is there so frequently that we feel that they are family! We've shared grief, weddings, babies and other celebrations with the staff! They take care of us! (checking for phones and lights left on)

Folks working at FastPark were all really nice. Loved the drivers and folks in cashier booth who were so welcoming and kind. It was great to talk with those friendly folks both leaving out and returning from a long trip away from home.

The lot is easily accessible, well lit and in good condition. All the spaces are covered and that came in handy as it was raining when we left. The pickup vans were prompt and the drivers courteous and friendly.

First time using a parking spot to go to the airport. This place is easy and convenient to use. Just pick up your card at the machine before you drive inside and the guy inside the booth will direct you on which row to park at. Once I parked, the shuttle was already there to pick me up. No waiting at all! The person who was driving the shuttle assisted me with my luggage which was so nice because I had my hands full and my luggage bag was quite heavy. The drive there was calm and relaxing. No issues and was dropped off at a timely manner. When I came back, the wait for the shuttle was short, less than 2 minutes before I saw the shuttle coming. I gave them my ticket and dropped me off at my parking spot. The price of overnight stay was so reasonable!

I have never had any issues while parking my car at Relax and Park. Most drivers are courteous, polite, and don’t mind helping with your luggage.

I had a great experience! I traveled the Friday before the week of Thanksgiving and was pick up from my vehicle immediately. Drop off was effortless. I returned the Friday after Thanksgiving. Pick up was a breeze! Check in was easy and check out too! I will definitely park here every time I'm flying.

Fast and friendly service. The driver had so much positive energy. It was great to see a smiley face returning back.

I started parking at Fast Park & Relax years ago and won’t park anywhere else. I love that it’s easy to park in a covered spot, the pick up and drop off is quick and all the employees are so pleasant!

I love Fast Park & Relax, because the shuttle drivers are the best. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I like that it's covered parking also and they are very easy to work with online.
