The Parking Spot Monroe

This was my first time ever using a Parking Service at the airport, and I have already told all of my friends about this company. I love the option to reserve and pay in advance. Less hassle when you arrive. I really like that the driver gives you a card with your parking information on it when you get on the shuttle, but my favorite part is the drop off service. One of my biggest fears was walking to my car in the dark in Houston after a long day of travel. My shuttle driver dropped me off right at my car! Not what I was expecting! Certainly made me feel a whole lot safer. Two complaints…better directions on where to meet the shuttle at the airport. On the card it said to meet in a specific zone, but the shuttles were parking in a different area at the airport. Short walk so not a big deal, but for a new person, it was a little stressful. Second, The driver that picked me up at my car and took me to the airport was a little aggressive on the road. He didn’t necessarily do anything wrong, but, he did make it a little difficult to sit upright in the seat, especially with no seatbelts. Again, not a big deal, but maybe not so aggressive when driving from the parking area to the airport. Aside from that, the drivers are extremely friendly and very helpful. If I ever have to travel again, I won’t use another parking service.

Parking here is easy and the shuttles are pretty regular. I park here every time I go through Hobby airport, which is a few times a year, and can't recall a time I had to wait for a shuttle. The shuttle drivers are kind and always very helpful. This past trip we accidentally left a phone on the shuttle and Tray at the front was the most kind, helpful person, and he and our shuttle driver helped us get it back and get through our reservation before it ended. They get five stars for amazing customer service and kindness, and having people like them who work there with such good, quick service is what makes me go back again and again.

Use of this service is very convenient. I make my reservations online. The prices are extremely reasonable. I come in and park. They pick me up in a shuttle. They take me to the airport. Once my flight is complete and I return, they pick me up and take me back to my car. It's a very straightforward, simple process. I've never had a negative experience.

I love parking here, it’s so easy and convenient and the people are so nice! After the recent issues with all the cancelled southwest flights, they refunded me the 5 extra days that I had to keep my car there because I was stuck out of state. I didn’t even ask for this, they just offered to help everyone in this situation out and I got my refund the next day. Respect!

Awesome service!! It was 8 of us and they got us to and from the airport in just a few minutes. We had a ton of luggage and the driver got us on and off very quickly. I was unsure about when we landed if we were suppose to call in advance to be picked up but when we got there the driver was there at the arrival ready to pick us up. So convenient!!! Gave him our ticket and he had us back to the car in no time. Checking out was a breeze!! The attendant was very helpful! Will definitely use the Hobby Spot again!!

It was convenient and easy to use your services. Great customer service at the lot. Quick pickup by the shuttle (I barely had removed my luggage from the trunk). Fast travel to the airport. Quick return ride back to the lot once I returned to the airport. Quick check out at the booth.

We’ve been using the Parking Spot since 2017 on both Bush and Hobby Airports. We’re happy with the service. So far we haven’t encountered any rude or disrespectful shuttle bus driver. We will highly recommend the Parking Spot to our family and friends.

Always a simple online process to make a reservation and check-in. I've never had an issue with the service provided and appreciate the assistance with my bags! Even when I fly in late (11-12 at night) I've never had an issue getting a shuttle. The new automated scan service for reservations is also quick and easy to use!

EVERYTHING!!! It is almost perfect. My only critic is that I think that check out with coupons and AAA memberships could be a little bit faster.Other than that I love everything else about this location ans service. The attendants are great. I love the complementary water. The distance from the airport along with drive time is fantastic. Air conditioned buses. The price value is unbeatable along with gaining points to redeem for free days of parking.

I felt safe leaving my car in the lot and the app made checkin and checkout a breeze. The drivers were polite and picked me up/dropped me off in a timely manner. The whole experience was stress free.

I had the most wonderful driver, since I couldn’t find my ticket the driver when out of his route and took me to the spot my car was at.
There 2 wonderful ladies helped me to find the email so I could get my car out of the parking. And my car was just how I left it perfect.
I do recommend this Parking Spot and I will comeback soon.

The Spot provided excellent service coming and going. Their pricing is realistic, drivers are friendly and timely, heavy luggage is on and off in no time! They provide a cold bottle of water for hot days. Also I arrived after 11 pm and I called to make sure they would provide service. They arrived within four minutes and they took my safety very seriously. EXCELLENT service!

Shuttle was fast to pick us up once we parked our vehicle, driver was friendly and helpful. Same for the driver on our return.Attendant who took our payment was just a nice and helpful, even provided us with bottled water. Prices were affordable and the route to the airport is quick, as well as access to the major freeway from this parking lot.

Parked at the Monroe location for a week in October of 2019. Great experience! Easy to find. Cost about $6 per day for covered. I was able to book it and pay in advance. The spots are narrow - but the aisle are wide. The shuttle arrived before we could all get out of the vehicle and the driver helped us load our luggage and our children's car seats into the bus. He gave me a business card with our parking location on it. When we returned from our trip, a shuttle bus for Monroe arrived within 10 minutes, and the driver help us with all of our belongings again. I gave him the business card and he took us to our vehicle without any issues. He also helped us unload our belongings. Check out was as easy as scanning a barcode, and we were back home in no time.

It's always easy to get a shuttle ride to/from the airport and I appreciate the quality of service provided by staff. Bus drivers pick you up at your parking spot and always offer to assist with luggage. I've never had an issue getting a ride back to the airport and have always been treated with courtesy and respect.

I've used this lot twice so far and love how convenient the service is. This is the cheapest lot, which means it's the furthest away so shuttles don't run as frequently. But both times I have used it, the shuttle picked us up at our car almost immediately after we parked. The staff have always been friendly. The most difficult thing about it is keeping track of the ticket stubs they give you to get in/out of the gate and to get back on the shuttle when you get home. But checking in and out is always quick, and they give you a bottle of water when you leave.

The price was amazing and our driver Elizabeth M. was the best!! There was so much construction around the airport that tied up the other shuttles but she knew just the right route to take to get us there quickly. She was always so kind and helpful! She needs a raise :)!

Fantastic service! It was easy to locate and park my car. They gave me clear instructions of where to go as I entered the facility. Immediately after I parked, a bus came to my car to pick me up and shuttle me to the airport. And when I returned, the bus picked me up and dropped me off right where I'd parked my car. The bus drivers were very helpful, friendly, and timely. Everything ran smoothly, the employees were helpful and kind, and it was an easy service to use.I was extremely impressed with the service at the Hobby Spot. I've never used an airport parking service before, and this was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this company to others and it will be my go-to next time I need to park my car when I'm traveling.

The employees are friendly and helpful from the drivers to the attendant at the front gate. I travel early morning when it’s still dark and I never feel unsafe parking my vehicle in the lot or waiting for the shuttle to take me to the airport or return to my vehicle. The lot is well lit and safe. I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there when I travel.

I recently went there to pick up a vehicle for a friend. They checked to make sure I had authorization to do this. Which was good. And then when the truck wouldn't start because the battery was dead, they immediately came to help. The manager sat with us until we got it started and was willing to help us until we got it started. Very nice and helpful staff. If I ever need parking you ever need parking I would definitely recommend this place.
