I have used The Parking Spot for years in Houston--usually at Hobby, as I fly out of there 95% for most of my travel. The drivers are very personable and helpful, and the rates are excellent. I have found the fee to park is a lot less than traditional lots. The wait for a shuttle bus, whether being picked up at the lot en route to the airport or picked up at the airport en route to the lot is not that long of a wait.

I also like that they have a lot of covered parking available for those who, like me, reserve in advance. Plus, paying with the app is convenient.

Great location near Hobby airport. Friendly employees direct you to parking (covered / uncovered) and pick you up at your car for airport drop off. Pick up (return) shuttle has minimum wait time. Love the bottle of water as you leave the lot - nice treat after traveling for hours!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr David. He helped me tremendously when I left some very valuable cargo in the parking lot. He made sure I was able to retrieve it in order for my vacation to go smoothly. Thanks for everything Mr David!

Easy to make reservations online, enter facility, park, and shuttled to the airport by courteous drivers! Great Service and reasonably priced! A most satisfied and repeat customer am I! 😊

They always have reservations when I book, it is close to the airport, and using the shuttle as a breeze both coming and going. The drivers are cordial and helpful with luggage. I will rebook.

Pre paid for my parking so I was able to use my barcode to enter and exit. When I entered someone directed where to go and the shuttle met us at our car. Upon return the shuttle took us back to our car So convenient. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and polite. Great experience.

5 Minutes away from Hobby Airport. Rates are amazing and your transportation from and to the airport was so easy.

My experience was great! The driver arrived soon. My flight was delayed so I arrived after midnight. Then, once at the car, she waited close by to make sure the gate opened and I could get out. When I arrived at the cashier, she was friendly and helpful. I needed to pay a difference and she did it quickly and with a smile. She even gave me a bottle of water so much needed! The staff was great!

I use parking spot to save time. Easy check in and out with buses running often for pickup. Can’t beat the service.

Their buses are fast to pickup, in the lot and at the airport-- and the app makes it super easy to book ahead of time. So easy to get in and out.

Always affordable, always quick with shuttling you from and too the airport. I've never far any issues with them and use them all the time. I know my car is safe and that they will always be prompt.

This location is ideal for dropping off your car, as it's very close to the airport - just a 5-minute shuttle ride away. Shuttles to the airport are available on demand, and the frequency of shuttles to pick up guests from the airport is excellent. Additionally, they have an electronic tipping feature for drivers, and the app lets you track the driver's location.

It was the best ever fast n did not have to wait on the shuttle not 1 minute prompt and on time as I departed my flight

I received exceptional service from this Parking Spot location on a recent trip. The bus was prompt and the driver was helpful and friendly. Upon leaving the facility, I was initially upset when the charge on my credit card was much more than my quoted price (almost double). After a phone call, I learned that there was a glitch in their system that caused the problem and the manager rectified the situation to my satisfaction. She called me to let me know that she refunded the excess amount on my credit card, and she even put two days of free parking on my Parking Spot account for the inconvenience. This was fantastic customer service!

I always get to my destination and always have a easy time parking on being picked up. I wouldn't park anywhere else.

We left a back pack with all our electronics as well as medication on a bus late one night after a very long flight. The drive turned in the bag and I picked up the next morning. I was so relieved to find everything was still in it. Thank you to the driver for your honesty.The Parking Spot will be the only place you use.

So convenient. I love being able to use this parking service when I travel. They load and unload the luggage for me. Don't forget to tip your driver. They work hard! GREAT SERVICE
