Wonderful hotel with great staff and clean rooms. They can’t help that they are in a sketchy part of town.

A good hotel near hobby airport. It serves free breakfast and free wifi. The staff is friendly. Rooms are also clean and neat.

Roxy was a big help. This lady was working a double and every time we came in or out she had a smile on her face. Helped put our rooms on the same floor as our elderly mother. Will definitely stay here again.

Roxy was very helpful and understanding in helping us with a room cancellation due to booking near wrong airport. She let us wait in the lobby while we waited to get a ride and from what i saw in the lobby it was well maintained and clean.

Fine for an airport stay. Not a great neighborhood but safe enough inside.

Will be back next year. So satisfactory. My dad and I slept so good. This never happens on these trips. 😳

Love this hotel and the rooms were excellent. The front desk receptionist was exceptionally friendly.

Wonderful place to stay with nice clean rooms, an indoor pool and a small gym. The breakfast is great too! Just watch out for the $100 fee for “incedentals” that they charge to your card and refund it a few days after you check out.

Best front desk agents ever. Especially Cassandra. Bright young lady born for hospitality industry. She will go far with her dedication to high quality service and unwavering sense of duty to the guests experience. Above and beyond on every set. Happy and positive attitude paired with a genuine love for and knowledge of both Marriott and Fairfield standards as well as effective problem solver who is as authentic in manners and clearly going the extra mile for excellence per her own standard by which Fairfeild Marriott guests are better served with her in a higher position of worthy of trust and responsibility as she can be counted on go deliver superb results as humble her attitude is she equally stands out in a position of unique difference deeming her an anomaly in the current state of hospitality in American Hotels today. Give this girl a raise bc she not only deserves it but could effectively bring the hotel up a ½☆ maybe even manage to be solely responsible on day for 1 additional star added to the locations resume and accomplishments.

The hotel itself was good. Very clean. The room was a good value for the price.

What sets this Fairfield apart was the customer service. To begin, the airport shuttle was very easy - call when I have my luggage, meet the driver at the designated spot. Very organized. The driver - I didn't catch his name - was very professional and nice. Made sure to offer to drive me to dinner later that evening.

Eric at the front desk was terrific - I'd hire him in an instant. Was very welcoming to me and, as I worked on the business center computer, I heard him remain consistently upbeat and positive with everyone coming in. Always smiling and offering to help. He helped me a bit with my work and did so with great energy.

Finally, I have to compliment the business center computer and printer. My experience is normally bad with hotel computers - ink is always nearly empty, paper always runs out, computer is always beat up. This was the exact opposite. I worked for 2+ hours on their computer, constantly printing, and never had any problems. This never happens.

Kudos to a very good hotel and great staff.

Room TV has the Internet TV option (Youtube & Netflix) but had no internet access.

Had a wonderful stay! Our flight was cancelled, and we were stranded in Houston for the night. The front desk attendant, Eric, was absolutely terrific when we checked in. He assisted with some online difficulties, and then suggested a great seafood restaurant. He also assured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the free shuttle. The room was clean and well decorated. Although we didn't use the pool, it was nice to know there was an indoor one (and an outdoor one at the neighboring hotel that we could have used.) We appreciated the kind service and didn't mind staying in Houston for the night!

Staff was friendly and informative. Room was clean and neat. The bathtub was slightly clogged but nothing super bad and staff were really sweet about it. Nice place all in all.

My family and I are very grateful to the manager that assisted us with our situation. We drove from Seward, NE to Houston in one day... 13 plus hours. We over shoot our original hotel by an hour plus, and it would have taken us at least 2 hours to drive backwards due to construction/heavy traffic. I explained I had already paid for another reservation in advance with another Hotel and didn't budget for paying for another one. He gracious gave us a great deal and we enjoyed out night stay. Thank you Fairfield Inn.

Last minute check-in Saturday August 10th about 9 pm. Gentleman at the front desk was professional, courteous and fast Helped supply me with all my toiletries as we have forgotten everything. Room clean. Quiet. Bed sheets were super soft and comfy.

Ask for Tamara for the best service. They are all awesome. She's just the cream of the crop. Was there 2 weeks for business. The bed was amazing. Couple hiccups with the room but were immediately rectified. Wonderful hotel. The pool area could use some attention. It's too cold because of the air condition.

Ann Vigier is an amazing receptionist! She made me feel at home when I was five states away for a week. Always smiling and always happy! Some people don't get enough credit for the work they do... And to the new girl that stared on my last day... Those two ladies made my entire trip very memorable!

My extra-early morning check-in was taken care of by a young man that is well suited to greet travelers. The experience, convenience along with accommidations are above and beyond! Thank- You.

Everyone was so friendly from the time the shuttle driver picked us up until today when Donna drove us back to the airport. Room was clean and large. Breakfast was ok, but plenty of choices. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here next time I'm in Houston.

The staff is super nice and accommodating. It was quiet for being surprisingly extremely full. Overall a great experience.
