The room was spotlessly clean. And very comfortable. Surprisingly nice room. Shower was humongous with glass door and plenty of big fluffy towels

Great cable and TV. Clean room! Although I would never recommend eating off floors You can eat off the floors no lie. The hotel staff is very polite. This location is perfect and in the middle of 45 south and north and you can't beat the prices.

It is listed as a budget hotel, but don’t let that fool you. We were greeted —even late at night— by a friendly face in a cute lobby that has unlimited access to coffee, juice, cereal, and slushies. We were led past a super cute, landscaped garden with palm trees and flowers and a sweet little fountain. Our room was tucked into a corner, which completely shielded us from the highway noise and rain. The room itself exceeded the “budget” expectations. It was clean, air conditioned, and had a modern vibe. The large bathroom had a good-sized walk-in shower and separate door to the toilet so some of us could have a moment of privacy while others could still use the sink or shower. The walk-in shower has a nook for toiletries (though the inn supplies shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and lotion — and in dispensers to minimize waste!), a rain shower head, and a crazy supply of hot water. The bathroom also had a magnifying mirror for makeup application, and even emergency self pasted toothbrushes. We drove in from IL for a UofH graduation and stayed a few extra days to see where our girl has been living and it was a convenient location, easily drivable to everything she wanted to show us. It was literally all we needed for our five nights in Houston and we could not be more pleased.

I'm grown. This hotel is clean, and I was able to relax before I had to come back into the world and deal. I didn't say much to anybody, but it's peaceful.

I highly recommend this location. Really clean rooms and lobby. The staff is always helpful and quick to attend. I enjoy the tv entertainment with a lot of available channels and live events. I will return to stay again.

Great place to stay for the family! All rooms have total access to all channels on the televisions ! They have not only all the local channels but all the cable channels ( HBO,STARS, CINEMAX, etc), all the sports channels ( NFL, MLB, NBA, MLS , etc . They also have all the movies so no need for Netflix. They have all the series you want to watch. Last but not least they offer the Pay Perview fights when available ( Boxing, ufc etc). . So I really enjoyed my stay .

This Place is Amazing. It's Upscale. It doesn't feel like a typical Palace. It's fancy. It has an amazing Walk-in Shower with built in bench. All the furniture is brand new. Everything is new floor to ceilings. Even the duvet/blankets are super nice. Not to mention they have complimentary slushies in the office!

I absolutely LOVED my stay at the Palace Inn! So elegant, clean, comfy beds, and all the staff were so kind. Oh, and the slushies we're delicious! Definitely would recommend.

The palace inn off gulf freeway was extremely pleasent, very comfortable place to stay on our visit to Houston texas. The staff was professional, the landscaping was well kept and lighted. Rooms clean and everything we need including free Netflix. Loved the shower! I would definitely looks for their hotels in the future. Great job staff

My boyfriend and I stayed there, it was so clean and fresh smelling. The rooms were EXTREMELY clean!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to just get away and relax. The bed was so soft and comfortable. The restroom was outstanding with the walk in glass shower. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!

Nice, clean & quiet.
The room has a small refrigerator and a microwave & a table with two chairs and the bed was comfortable also. I had the smoking room.

Very clean room smells great as well. Nice and friendly staff. Clean linens! Modern with very nice decor. My room had a fridge and microwave ! This place is awesome!!

I love this place. The managers are super cool and friendly the people are saying you're very quiet respectful into place is very clean smells great. State I love the mirror in the bathroom.

I definitely recommend this place, I had really good service, I love it. The only think I didn't like they don't have bathtub. But everything is really nice and clean, really good conditions..

Highly recommend staying here this is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in the staff is very friendly and helpful I've been to this location several times they have their floors and tiles professionally clean and sanitized onam month to month basis this is one of the cleanest environments I've stayed at I am now part of the palace in family thank you guys for going the extra mile to make my stay so pleasant

Like other Palace Inns is very clean and looks like a regular Hotel no tacky paintings all over the walls They have great walk-in showers you will be surprised this is not like other palace inn

Very very and very veryclean.very new and different rooms.has free wi-fi,free Continatal breakfast,helping nature staff,the shower and beds and cable tv my favorite in all this and price is little bit more but price and service comparison service wins And defiantly worth money.WELL DONE PALACE INN BLUE,8635 GULF FREEWAY,HOUSTON,TEXAS 77017....

Great place super comfortable and private great price very clean and lovely showers it is a great atmosphere for everyone. And the staff is very friendly and helpfull.
