Four Points by Sheraton Houston Hobby Airport

Jackie the lady who works at night is the reason I will be coming back. She was awesome!!! She is the nicest lady. Very professional and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay here was perfect. The rooms are clean, affordable & decent size & The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back here soon. Thanks again Ms Jackie!!!

I was very upset with the girl in the front desk,she was very rude i assist to a party in this hotel and more people from the party felt the same way,she has no customer service at all and she was racist too I give one star because of her

When I arrived, the area looked suspect and creepy. Our first room didn't have a telephone, which was concerning. So they moved us to another room that had a phone. We were satisfied.

The rooms and dining area was super clean at all times. Staff was very polite and attentive. Gustavo was awesome! He made our breakfast experience the best! The food was great and wait time was perfect. I wish I could order a Strawberry Waffle right now!!!!🙂

This hotel deserves 10 stars. Within Houston area, I have had my share of hotel stays, individual, family, business and personal. And this hotel aced most of them. The rooms are super clean. Those house keepers are constantly making sure all is sparkling and smelling clean. The rooms are very comfortable and (what I like most) well spaced out with a comfortable layout. Bathrooms are top notch. You notice that I use plural,: that's because I and my family keep coming back. And will continue to. Additionally the Manager, Ms Vane.....(keeping her name private) is always attentive to customers needs. What more can I say? Keep up the good work.

Had a completely botched flight and was given a voucher for a free night stay here. The staff was wonderful, the room was clean, the water hot, and the bed comfortable. After sitting in an airport for 10 hours and then a flight the ease of getting our reservation taken care of quickly and in to our room immediately was a nice chance.

I’ve tried contacting the hotel over 5 times trying to get the deposit hold put back on my card. Still this has not been resolved. We stayed at the hotel March 3 for the HLSR. The hotel still has not refunded our money! Four Points - would you please refund my money!!

I believe this to be one of the nicest hotels i have visited. The staff was incredibly nice, the rooms were large and well but efficiently decorated. All the amenities were stocked and in working order in the room. The facilities were all available and looked to be in tip top shape. The pool was the bluest i have ever seen. The evening Customer Relations Rep/Front Desk Clerk was not only well spoken and extremely polite and courteous but helpful answering all of my question. And I must say, very beautiful to boot. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent staff; desk clerks, driver, restaurant staff - everyone was very kind and friendly. The room was perfect; clean, comfortable, COZY bedding! Best pillow ever! Definite 5-star.

Great customer service! Prior to arriving, I spoke with Kimberly about my upcoming stay. She was polite & very helpful with all of my questions since this was our first hotel stay since the COVID-19 pandemic began. While traveling to Houston my daughter got travel sick, Samantha and Travis were overly accommodating with supplies so I could clean my car. This has nothing to do with my stay, but speaks about their caring personalities! Throughout my stay, Kimberly Samantha and Travis always addressed me upon returning and leaving to hotel to make sure we were well taken care of and asked if there was anything we needed. The hotel and our room was nice and clean; no complaints. Our beds were comfortable and we had a great nights sleep; it was really quiet. I highly recommend this hotel, the staff is AMAZING and we will definitely stay here again!

1st of all let me say that I have traveled extensively. I have never in my entire life encountered such amazing hospitality as I did from a particular front desk agent. Her name was Samantha galvez's and she absolutely went above and beyond for my entire family. She did everything from finding a way to get a member of my party personal hygiene products to making sure that our Room was completely ready early. She always had a smile and was exceptionally friendly. I must admit that she is an absolute asset to this hotel and is one of the major reasons we would consider going back to Houston. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist in any way that she can always is the perfect example of what a customer service should be and honestly this front desk agent needs to Give classes to other customer service agents on how to deliver exceptional customer service. Not one complaint and our stay was near perfect. Thank you surmount that for everything that you did for us and please keep up the amazing work!!

Lisa and Samantha were fantastic!!! Both were incredibly kind and greeted every guest so warmly. I have never experienced such amazing customer service. It's not easy traveling with a young family and they made us feel right at home. Every request was fulfilled incredibly fast, from extra pillows to a new remote. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in town. Thank you to the entire Four Points Sheraton Hobby Airport Team!

Enjoyed my stay here and the facility was very clean and well kept, staff was friendly and helpful. Special recognition for Larry Green, who worked the desk the night I checked in as he was extremely polite, well mannered and professional yet personable. He smiled a lot and greeted visitors with such a way that it made you feel genuinely welcomed. The face of true customer relations. Would definitely recommend this place. Bed was comfy and coffee was great .

Four Points is quite close to Houston Hobby airport, and will provide a shuttle service to and from, and within 5 miles of the hotel. There is a restaurant in the lobby that serves breakfast until 11. The food is great and not too expensive. There is a good sized pool and gym, however the pool was a green color when I stayed here. The rooms are spacious and have a refrigerator/ freezer and microwave. The beds and pillows are some of the best, and the air conditioning works great. If the pool was clean, it would be at 5 star place for sure. Great stay.

Edit: Pool situation was fixed after a couple days (I had a long stay). 5 stars.

Had a FANTASTIC experience at this hotel. The staff went out of their way multiple times to accommodate us. I was very impressed by the lever of service. I'm traveling with my dog and my car doesn't have A/C. They let me check out late and hang out in the lobby until itwas cool enough for me to have him in the car. Everyone I talked to made me feel welcome and improved my day. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. The temp unit worked very well. I will absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is very nice and clean, witch is very important to me. It is conveniently located to just about everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Jessica is definitely my go to girl for anything. They also provide a shuttle to and from the airport and places to eat available 24 hours.

The remodeling is beautiful In the rooms. and they were clean and quite . Unlike the last few stays I had I am guessing during construction... The management was amazing during my 7/6-7/18 stay the night desk clerk was awesome Valerie I believe her name was and the food was delish I got the Honey Sriracha wings and the cheesecake 😋..... I recommend this hotel ... We loved the King executive lay out ... I will say the night before I bhaf a problem with the night clerk hanging up on me a me when I was talking after trying to call for an hour to confirm stay but overall 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

Very nice grounds, lobby, and breakfast nook. Also has a nice little business/study area near the front desk. Rooms are clean, spacious, appear newly remodeled/upgraded. Hardwood floors are awesome!

Wonderful clean room, staff was friendly and very helpful. Early shuttle driver had a bit of an attitude, but no problem. Neighborhood a bit unsettling. I did not leave my 4 runner therefore cheap parking. I will stay again.

This place was clean and just what we needed for our 5 night stay in Houston! I recorded my room on my Youtube channel . Type in ‘Safiya Lin Houston Vlog’ on Youtube to watch. Very clean and pleasant place to stay. Not far from Restaurant and Retail Stores. Both Desk Clerks was very helpful and kind. I enjoyed my visit.
