Great facilities. Have all the essential equipment needed for a fat boy (girl) session. Staff is friendly, Mrs. Joy was so friendly and cordial. They check IDs regularly because there other people on base who are not entitled to use certain facilities, so bring your ID with you.

They also offer other things such as one on one sessions and many other programs.

Hours of operations might not be the best, but you can’t complain either.

Good gym, there's something for everyone. The only not so great thing is the daily ID card check. My card got checked at the gate, having to carry a wallet to each machine is annoying.

Great little gym. They have squat racks and deadlift pads, free weights, and machines. Everything you could ever want

Great gym for being on base. Gets hot during busy hours during the summer, but overall good service and equipment.
