Congrads to Justin who took 2 hours to get us fixed with our accounts me and my wife… Justin was perfect and generous of his time … great work…

There is still a issue with our plan due to the loyalty client service error the plan should have been the 65$ data unlimited… I am still working on it for our 2 plans

Went in to upgrade my phone, and Justin was amazing! He was very helpful, explained everything, and helped me streamline my plan to save a few bucks. Very happy 😊. Love my neighborhood AT&T store.

Our AT&T store in Flour Bluff is AWESOME!!! Justin was super helpful with our purchase of two new Ultra 2 watches. We also upgraded one of our iPhones to the new 15 pro Max. Justin helped me over the phone to switch service with the upgrade and was super patient with me as I went through the process.
We later stopped by the store for additional service we needed and Nick helped us with that process. Everyone in this location is super easygoing, professional, and very helpful!! Will recommend everyone here!!

Needed to complete a trade-in and had some questions about my bill. The store manager was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I feel much better about my bill now that I understand it. So much easier and took less time than trying to figure this out online or calling into their customer support.

Went to store in Flour Bluff- Justin was awesome! Very patient with me, nice when your not phone Davy and have messed up your settings! He straighten out my mess, got me in an upgraded phone for $11 more a month! That’s a no brained!! There was also another man there, with longer hair. Extremely nice and helpful as well! Couldn’t be happier when I left! Wasn’t so happy when I arrived. AT&T definitely needs to clone these 2 guys for all their locations! I won’t go to another location again I can assure you after the service I got here. Marvelous can’t say enough good about it. Thank you Justin and long hair guy!!!! Ya’ll rock and I don’t hand out compliments easily.
