I visited on a Sunday and was immediately greeted by Andrew, who was very personable and helpful. I was the only customer in the store for most of the visit, and he politely asked the next arrival to wait while we concluded our business. Even with someone waiting, I didn’t feel rushed or pressured; it felt like Andrew was just there to help me buy shoes instead of to sell me shoes if that makes any sense.

During my recent visit to DC, I came upon this store and remembered that Allen Edmonds makes shoes here in the US. I thought I'd give it a try - and I'm thrilled I did! Tish helped me select several pairs of dress shoes. Her expertise is incredible and was a great learning experience too. Two of the pairs were not in store but they're being shipped to my home in a few days from the factory. Several styles of shoes have the same fit so I can choose other styles not in stock with confidence that they will fit. I'm glad I had Tish to help me as the size I expected was not what I ended up with but the fit was so much better! Thank you Tish and Allen Edmonds for the excellent service and quality! I look forward to my next visit.

We love Allen Edmonds, and this convenient location in particular. Tanya and Josh are especially helpful and good at solving problems and thinking outside the box. Allen Edmonds has great leather shoes for men in a wide range of sizes and great customer service as well, including “recrafting” which returns the shoes to nearly new condition. My husband has had some Allen Edmonds shoes for nearly 20 years!

My first experience with Allen Edmonds on Connecticut Ave was supreme. Tish expertly guided me to the perfect pair of brown Fifth Avenue Oxfords, measured me for perfect fit and was a wealth of knowledge of how to navigate this part of the wardrobe with class.

I purchased shoes, belt and cleaning kit and while my order needed to source some things off site, Tish had everything ready for me to pick up in less than a week. Her shop is well stocked, flexible, and accommodating of your needs regardless of whether you can spend quality time or are in a rush.

If COVID makes you keep your distance, Tish will take care of you. However, I urge you to stop by in person because her positive energy is infectious. :)

Me and my husband came in, and were greeted immediately. We were told it its Anniversary for the company. The sale girl Trish, was bubbly and efficient. My husband wound up getting a work and a casual shoe. And to boot, they are Made in America. A1 service!!

Bought two beautiful pairs of dress shoes from this location today. The quality is incredible and the service was excellent. Rachelle was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Great experience overall. Looking forward to buying my next pair!

I received truly outstanding service from the store manager, Tanya. There were some complications with my exchanging a pair of shoes that I had ordered online, through Allen Edmonds' international delivery service. Tanya went above and beyond to get it sorted out, spending a couple of hours on the phone and having a different sized pair overnighted from out of state so that I could take them with me when I left town the next day. Thanks again, Tanya!

Superb customer service. Ordered pair of Park Avenues that needed to be manufactured. It was received on schedule and in perfect condition. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and helpful each time I've walked in. Allen Edmonds certainly knows their stuff and answers every question I have about my shoes (I am ridiculously over-specific on shoe look and maintenance). They are always patient and glad to help me.

The service at this store is exemplary - Jamar offered excellent service in-store at the time of purchase. Beyond that, when FedEx delivered a portion of my purchase to the wrong address Raquel coordinated a redelivery with astonishing speed and even called me 20 minutes afterwards to confirm I'd picked it up. Kudos to the staff here.

Incredible service. On the fence about a purchase? Come here!!! I tried on three different pairs and they were more than gracious about the experience. Big fan of Allen Edmonds and this store carries that appreciation.

Great service and excellent shoes! I used to buy my Allen Edmond shoes online and oddly enough, every last fits just a little differently. So then I would troop into this store with problems and the sales people bailed me out and got the right shoes for me.
Now I am buying my shoes here, not online. From my Naples to my Boca Ratons and now my Nashuas, I have gotten great service and the store is right between the two Farragut Metro stations. Both Abby and Angela have gone above and beyond in order to get me the right shoe and the right fit, and I really appreciate great service. The fact that almost every Allen Edmonds shoe is made here in America is a big bonus as well.

Was assisted by Tanya, the manager, and had a fantastic experience. She went above and beyond to help me find a shoe alternative when the one I was looking for couldn't be delivered for 4-6 weeks.

If I remember correctly, the associate I talked to today was Tish. She was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable.
