It’s sad to see so many negative reviews when EVERY TIME I come to shoe city (Minnesota Ave) it’s nothing be positive vibes. Kyla and other staff members are always so sweet to me. Like the whole store greets you as soon as you open the door. I can’t wait to buy more jeans from this location. Keep grinding the DC way Kyla and other Shoe City (Minnesota Ave) employees! -Mia

Very nice staff, really friendly, went in for shoes was greeted politely. In and out in 20 minutes. I love this store, i always find what im looking for. Reasonable prices.

They had some great sales
I got my son some Nike Air Force 1 shoes for half what they go for on Amazon. Clothing is great too. They have something for everyone. Unless it is on sale the new season stuff is full priced but even that is less then other places
Not much though. Also they have great staff and enough people working you don't have to wait long or at all.

Nice selection. Went there for my 4yr old daughter and got some hi top Van's($45 dif colors) and Jordan 1s(on sale $29.95 lavender n orange)

I have two truly say the customer service was out of this universe.it was so good.one of the lady's who was dark skinned and had dark red hair helped us with the shows and the clothes.very great
