I can always expect excellence from full scope. Great communication and I love how they text me because I'm not always available to answer my phone. They reply quickly and do a great job on my home. I love the price and most of all that it's a family owned business

I wished I had found Full Scope Pest Control sooner! I tried so many before them but no one has been as knowledgeable and reliable as they have. I can not tell you how refreshing it is to have a company that stays on top of things and cares for their customers. From the office staff to the field technicians, they are organized and efficient. Chase is my regular service Technician. I love that it’s not just some random person coming to take care of my pest control. He knows my home and my problem areas. That kind of personal customer service is why I am and will be a loyal customer.

Full Scope has been great to work with. Their treatments work well, even if only applied around the outside perimeter of the house quarterly. Their techs are professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Their willingness to come out and address any issues that may come up between treatments is great, although I haven't had to use it!

Not only were they able to send a technician out the same day but everyone was amazing along the way! Got a call to confirm the visit, then once the tech was headed there, arriving and once resolved! We’d had a squirrel ripping through a wall and couldn’t get anyone to remove him but fullscope made it look easy. I have a happy and quiet resident again and Fullscope has a customer for life! Great survive!

Alonzo came out to do an inspection and was very efficient. He was on time, polite and very knowledgeable. Camille has been a great help in the process and has answered every question I’ve had. I’ll definitely be doing services with them in the future!

We have used them for years and never have had any bug issues. They are very good at contacting you every quarter to keep up the schedule. I also love how they are very knowledgeable about every bug issue I ask about. Their customer service is 5 stars.

More than happy with the service. We have no bug problems, and we live out in the woods essentially. Donald is great. If he comes to you, be sure to look for smiley faces in the big ol' ant hills! The cost is more than reasonable for the results of their service. Best decision made since moving to Texas.

These guys are great. They don’t overcharge. They’re very nice when they come out and it’s definitely a family run business. Started with mosquitoes and now it’s continuing on with mice and rats. I give them five stars and we keep having them out here.

Donald has been coming to our house for 8 years and we are always happy with how professional and friendly he is. We love the text reminders from office ladies to set up appointments it always makes it easier for us to stay on top of our home. We have had no issues with bugs the entire time we’ve used them.
