This place is awesome. We needed a venue to host a bachelorette/bridal brunch for a friend and this was a fantastic spot with good food and decent pricing.
The reservation process was so smooth. We had the corner room to ourselves.
Ana, the general manager, was so great with the communications and helping to get us booked and ready to go.
Sandy was our server and she was so sweet and did such a great job.
Can't thank them enough for their wonderful help and service. Highly recommend.

Easter Sunday at black walnut was wonderful. The food was delicious and the drinks were even better!

Traveling from Houston, this is the best chicken and waffle I’ve ever had. Amazing food, great service, and incredible view of the air strip watching planes and helicopters take off. 100% recommend coming here.

The food was so tasty, their display case of pastries and desserts looked amazing (we were too full to try any though 😂).

The staff were extremely friendly and polite, very helpful at making suggestions for our orders when we asked. Would definitely come back for the food, and for the cool airport view!

Been to three other locations, first time visiting this one.

The food at this location is decent. But what makes this location so popular and the reason I’ll be coming back is because it’s next to an airfield.

You can sit back and relax and enjoy seeing planes come and go while you eat.

I have to say its been my first and only time to go there for breakfast and honestly it was a very pleasant experience! Asides the fact that we were able to see the planes and sitting on a patio? The weather and sun while we ate was perfect! The service was on point and the food very delicious! Thanks to the workers and cooks there! I really enjoyed the atmosphere experience!!!

Great spot with a view. I had the Nashville hot chicken eggs Benedict. So good. Could be more spicy but still delicious. Food came out quick and the staff was very friendly.

Really neat to watch the airplanes fly off the landing strip of the private airport. I went with a job fucnction and I can definitely say that it is for a higher expected behavior than any other restaurants in this area. It's not too uptight, but far fr being trashy. It's something affordable and interesting to watch.

This has got to be the best FBO food stop.
If you fly in, there are absolutely no parking fees or minimum fuel requirements, as long as you eat at BWC (beware that they close earlier than most BWCs).
If you drive there, they have plenty of parking. Make sure to sit by the upstairs terrace with amazing runway and hangar views.

Great place, especially for aviation enthusiast, beautiful view definitely perfect to bring the family high recommended!

Black Walnut’s Conroe airport location is a hidden gem worth the drive. Bright and wonderful. Food was excellent, as is expected from Black Walnut. Not sure, but this menu may be different from The Woodlands location.
Our party ordered the Salmon Ancient Grains bowl and Chicken Breast with Asian green beans and sweet potato fries.
Fast service - excellent food.

Went for lunch during my vacation week.. great place (a little off the beaten path but totally worth it!)
I ordered the fried fish and fries. Fish was very tasty, fries were typical frozen ones. The Cole slaw accompanying the meal was delicious. Got a “Moondoggie” cookie for dessert which was good too.
For drink I ordered the frozen flight which included two frozen margaritas and two frozen mimosas. This was quite good as well.

The atmosphere is what makes this place wonderful. There was an older gentleman in front of me ordering, and the girls treated him like royalty you could tell that he was a regular, and he was so thrilled to be recognized

I will be returning I highly recommend

This is our favorite Brunch spot when we visit Conroe. The avocado Benedict was delicious and came with applewood bacon, poached egg, Hollandaise sauce and topped with avocado. All the flavors married well together. The breakfast croissant with applewood bacon was a standard bacon, egg and cheese but still tasty.
We returned again for breakfast before heading back home and I got the cinnamon roll french toast with applewood bacon on the side. It was delicious but VERY rich. Next time, I'll order one au la carte. We were also able to build your own omelette, which was stuffed with bacon, cheese, tomato, mushrooms and avocado. They also serve fresh squeezed in house orange juice
We were able to sit outside and enjoy planes and helicopters lift off. We will return every time we're in the area.

Food was alright, pancakes were dry even with the blueberry and lemon stuff on them. But overall was good. Would come back for the sausage patties alone lol

I took my residents from Alders Magnolia to the Black Walnut for lunch and they really enjoyed it! I had the Salmon Bowl, new item. It was great! The residents were able to see a couple of planes take off and some of the planes that were on the runway. It was a great experience for all of us! Oh! The Tiramisu is wonderful!

We have been going to this gem for about a year now for girls' day brunch. Every time the food has been delectable and beautifully plated. They offer delicious mimosas and different styles of coffee that leave your taste buds wanting more. With their uniquely located Café inside the Conroe airport and relaxed yet sleek atmosphere, it fits the needs of many. Breakfast date to a meeting over brunch as well as families bring little ones with curious minds. Balcony seating or indoors. Highly recommend trying this beautiful little gem.

The food was really good. They definitely were busy! The food was all very flavorful. The one downside to me was it was quite loud in the open space. Everyone enjoyed their food. Service was friendly.

This location is nicer than other ones since you get the view. Located on 3rd floor of the building. There's ample seating by the windows and you can sit outside. Pretty much any table will have a good view.

Menu is smaller than other locations, but there are still a lot of choices. Food is always good. Staff is friendly.

Came here to eat several times. Fridays they can get pretty busy and I would allot a couple hours if you’re coming during a busy time. Not going to lie, it’s pretty pricey, but if you can overlook the price, the food and views more than makeup for it!
