Wonderful customer service, great beer selection & delicious breakfast sandwiches. LeDroit Park is lucky to have Cookie’s Corner in the neighborhood.

I love cookie’s corner!!! 1. The owners are so kind 2. They’ve got a little bit of everything you might need 3. A great range of good beer, cider, seltzers and wine! 4. The breakfast sandwiches are fantastic. This place may be as close as you can get to a NYC bodega in DC. 5. If you are lucky enough you may get to see the owners dog - the infamous cookie!

this place & the owners hold my heart... a true dc small business!! the couple who owns the store are so kind and great you with such a genuine small every time you walk in. i've only been 6 or 7 times periodically but they recognize me every time i walk in. good selection of random necessities for the food desert that is ledroit... and you MUST try their homemade chocolate chip cookies they keep on the counter because i swear they're one of the best you'll ever have. thank me later.

Sweet couple runs this little corner store. Not only are the owners friendly and the shop clean & organized, they really do sell the most delicious, giant, moist, chocolate chunk cookies - with two different types of chocolate. Prices are normal corner store kind of prices.

I can't believe I haven't left a review for Cookie's yet. After living down the street for a year and going here a few times a week, I think I've found the kindest shopowners in all of DC. Not only that, but they have the most delicious chocolate chip cookies in ALL the world. Their lunch/dinner options are great as well. I love these neighbors and am so happy to support them with a review. (P.S. - It looks like the 1-star reviews were left when this store was owned by someone else. This place is a clean, well-stocked, tightly-run ship.)

We were away from DC for a couple years and, wow, what a change over that time. Cookies has a remarkably good beer/wine selection with a great selection of staple and specialty food items. The owners are incredibly responsive to customer preference and stock items on request. Patronizing this store is a treat and I look forward to visiting each time. Excellent community business and well deserving of your business!

My parents operate this store and it means so much to see the love and support the community has shown them. My parents have been in the small retail/food industry for as long as I can remember. Times have never been easy for my family especially for my parents starting a new life away from Korea, so it truly warms my heart to see them make a home for themselves here. I am forever grateful to my parents for their sacrifice and hard work, and incredibly thankful to the neighbors and individuals who have helped to make them feel welcome in these hard times. Well, this is why you check reviews. I read another review mentioning the breakfast sandwiches at Cookie's and knew I had to try them. I've been to numerous other places in the area, and had all but given up on finding a good breakfast sandwich, I could not find a decent one for under $15 in DC. That is until I came to Cookie's!!!

I have since had both a bacon, egg, and cheese on English muffin and a sausage version at Cookie's, and both were delicious. I will be back again and again.

Also, this is a great grocery store as the other reviews have mentioned. Very friendly, clean, organized and well stocked. So glad to have this place nearby. I walk past a few other stores to get to Cookie's, but it is well worth it.

Cookie’s Corner has the nicest owners and a warm neighborhood feel. They have a fantastic wine and craft beer selection. And of course, you have to try one of their chocolate chip cookies!

Cookie's Corner is a neighborhood gem. The namesake English golden retriever will come out to greet you and can be seen on walks around the neighborhood. Owners are so friendly and they stock a lot of things that other markets are missing (hello fresh avocados!). A real community feel and great service

FANTASTIC breakfast sandwiches. Not technically on the menu, just ask, they make other breakfasts and sandwiches. But seriously, so tasty. The best in the entire neighborhood, much better than places that specialize in breakfast. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit.

Nicest people, cleanest store. Only thing to complain about is the rude customers from the LeDroit public housing neighborhood that grunt their incoherent orders to the sweet couple with no pleasantries.

Mikey and SK are awesome. So friendly and a great place to grab a quick lunch. My dog refuses to walk by the store without stopping in to say hello to Cookie and get a treat.

Also, you have to try one of the cookies from the counter. They're AMAZING!

Wonderful selection but the costumer service and owners are what make this such a neighborhood staple - they’re like the neighborhood parents. THE nicest people own this cute bodega.
