The store is clean. The staff are very sweet and considerate. They handled an irate customer with grace. I would have never known for the level of care that they were short staffed if an employee hadn't mentioned it. We had a great shopping experience!

Love this location! I don't have to deal with going into the mall and it's easy enough to run in and get what I need and the staff were really helpful and nice! 100% recommendation!

Love this Bath & Body Works store. They always have new soaps and lotions for the ladies, men. Great candles for the holidays and very knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. When I am in Conroe I will stop in and ask for Noelle she is my granddaughter

I purchased a 3 wick candle two days before they announced a candle sale! While I was there, I smelled a perfume called Wild Sands. I loved the scent, but it is kinda expensive so I decided to wait and if I kept thinking about i, I would go back and get it.

So, I went back a few days later and noticed they had a candle sale going on! I was laughing because I just bought a full priced one. I was talking with one of the workers, Alexis, when I was checking out and told her how funny it was that I bought a candle then a few days later they went on sale. She offered to refund me the sale price of the candle and applied it to my total that day! She was so sweet and helpful & I could tell she went the extra mile for me. I don’t shop here often, but I will go back more knowing B&BWs care about their customers! Thank you Alexis! Also, Coffee & Whiskey candles smell AMAZING!

I love the Mahagony Teakwood wall fragrance plug ins. $2.75 sale is always a great buy.

Came here on Saturday 3 days ago to pick up an online order and look around. I absolutely love how everything is organized out and it's very easy to access and find everything I'm looking for.

Some of the most helpful people at this location. They loaded pie bags for us and were very nice.

Incredible customer service every single time I go

This is my favorite store ever. It has the best scents of lotions and body washes. They have great deals when you sign up on their email. I got a free lotion that was worth $15.50 and did not have to buy anything. I looked at my Gmail and saw other coupons that I could use the same day plus 20% off of that. Gotta love it. The girls that work there are always so nice and have a good since of humor like myself. They have great scents for men as well just in case the ladies want to bring them home something special too.

Came in for the sale and was not disappointed...I was helped by a wonderful representative...knew the store and was full of personality...I thanked her and the supervisor working...GREAT SHOPPING!

The staff here can be overwhelming in a pushy way but Maddie helped me with a really good deal with things I actually wanted. She also got me hooked up with some great coupons hassle free. Thank you Maddie, really made my experience worth coming back.

Great customer service. Was asked to sanitize my hands before coming in. They were constantly cleaning. The best part is they were having a great sale!
*Update* still great customer service. They were super busy today, but I was welcomed and asked if I needed help. They had a long line, but it moved fairly quickly. I may have to go back and take advantage of the semi-annual sale again.

God I wish I had gotten the woman's name but she was so so sweet! She gave us a coupon someone had left at the counter, simply because she thought we were friendly. Very clean establishment! We got asked by several people if we needed any help and I really appreciated it. Much kinder than the one I visited in the Memorial City Mall in Houston.
