5 stars? This place deserves TEN! The food was incredible, staff was down to earth, the atmosphere was inviting and fun. Will definitely be back again and a again! Planet Earth Salad & cheese soup 🤤 there WERE alot of people in and out of the kitchen while we were there. It was super odd..

Hands down the best restaurant in town. The price to quality to portions are on point during happy hour. 5:01 pm starting time. There is a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. They keep the whole place clean everyone is super friendly. You can dine downstairs, upstairs and outside on nice days. The only downside I can find is the parking lot. It's not very big and there are potholes that can make for mud holes on rainy days. But that's it. As far as my most recent experience I left full and still had a few bucks in my wallet. They went up and beyond my expectations. Good job and hope to see you guys again real soon.

I LOVE the All American Club Sandwich and Calamity's French fries. I ate on the patio and still received fast, courteous service. The Stagecoach Burrito is also an excellent menu choice.

Usually I place a to go order on getting their chef salad. I like that it comes with a breadstick. Their Cadillac Ranch is amazingggggg. It’s my favorite. The portion size of the salad is a very good value for what you’re paying for it. Recommend? Yes!

Had a fantastic club sandwich and a roast beef on pretzel bun sandwich that was fantastic. Best sandwiches I've had in years. Service was friendly and fast. We sat in the top floor with an amazing view. 10/10 would dine anytime.

Excellent food at a good price & friendly bartender. I loved my sundried tomato pasta dish, and my husband raved about his steak burrito. Check this place out!

Pulled pork nachos, Moe's steak sandwich and sticky finger sandwich all delicious. Recommend going!

I went here for dinner with my partner and had a lovely time. Kara was a great server and took care of us promptly. The food I ordered (grilled chicken parmesan with a side Caesar salad) was also delicious. I will be back again.

I had the best tanqueray and tonic that I have had in every bit of 8 or 9 years! Me and my husband joined a friend of ours today there and oh my goodness! Like I said that Tangeray and tonic was on point

Portions were generous, service was on point, and everything we ordered was very tasty.

Calamity J is a wonderful throwback to Calamity Cafe from the 1990s/early 2000s. Southwest/Texmex food in a cozy atmosphere. Now, I will say we went super hungry. We ordered some 1/2 price apps and half portion of dinner, and we were completely stuffed when we left. Our waitress was kind and always checking on us. Definitely a spot worth checking out while in Huntington.

It was only the second time I had been there and the food was very good service was good and it had a unique atmosphere. It was also reasonably priced

Food was brought out timely and was delicious! Restaurant and bathroom was clean.
I ordered a HALF size chef salad & cup of chili. The salad was wonderful! But even at half-size, It was so large I couldn't finish it!
The chili was ok, but so incredibly spicy & hot I couldn't eat it. I tried adding sour cream, but it was still too hot. I'm sure a lot of customers like it that way, I just can't handle food THAT spicy! lol
My friend had a side salad (also large!) Chicken tenders and Mac 'n cheese. She said everything was tasty.
For an appetizer we had chips with salsa & queso. The queso is GREAT!

Loved the fun atmosphere, great food selection and prices. They have some appetizers 1/2 price between 5-9 pm

What a treat!! We visited Huntington for the day and stopped in to Calamity for dinner. The food was delicious, the service prompt, and the restaurant very clean. We loved the variety of food on the menu and the half priced appetizer special. We ordered the jalapeno poppers and nachos and they were amazing!! Also love love the murals around the restaurant. Will be back!

Wow was better than expected lunch rush was still in full bloom but went upstairs set at bar got to go order thought might be a while. But not was ready fast curtious will be back awesome calamity J's

Good food, good drinks and great service. Definitely one to try out. The pretzels were amazing. Pretzel burger and chips were really good.

All I wanted was a mimosa and that’s what I got. But I was convinced to get a shrimp cocktail (oops, no photo) and it was delicious!!! Jumbo and juicy shrimp and the sauce was full of flavor! Service was fantastic!

Nice place friendly atmosphere and very clean also the staff is impeccable. They should get a raise honestly. The food looks like what you see in the pictures and it's definitely worth at least try and out. Make sure you take tip your waiters and waitresses appropriately. Anyway very good atmosphere and very good people. You will not be disappointed.
