Dunkin'

So I used to regularly visit and get from the barboursville location but here the environment even during lunch rush is peaceful and quiet. Very professional. The most important part is they have everything on the menu available and take feedback from issues politely and try to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Service could been a bit better. We ordered croissants with cream cheese but they didn’t want to add it. We had to do it ourselves.

I’m not sure if these ever get looked at, but I wanna give a shout out to christina(pretty sure that’s her name) she knows my order, and is always so sweet!! She’s the reason I come there in the morning!

Over the top good service. Absolutely the best donut and coffee. Paid almost 8 bucks for one donut and a half regular/half decaf coffee. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit unless I win the Powerball.

Oh my goodness I stopped here on my way home back to north Carolina from a vacation. I tell you I had the best sour dough bread with 2 eggs, bacon with cheese it was enough for two people and it was real eggs!! Boy I wish I had a dunkin donuts shop like this here in statesville NC!!

It's a great place for coffee ☕ and doughnuts 🍩, plus much more. 😋 The manager there is not only on top of everything but seems to strive for a very clean restaurant, and customer service as well.

I previously had an issue at this Dunkin'. The manager contacted me and replaced my order. I want to thank them for an amazing coffee and donuts! The peanut butter macchiato is fantastic!!! Thanks for redeeming this Dunkin'in my eyes!!!

I stop at this location on my way to work every morning! The staff are always great and the drinks are on point. Thank you Madalyn for the exceptional service and drink today, you deserve so much praise for that!

It's a nice, new building. The staff are super friendly. They have every flavor of coffee imaginable. I go to school at Marshall and I almost always go through and get a large iced coffee with extra sugar plus the flavoring. Around Easter time, they have Peeps flavored coffee and it is fantastic! Highly recommend Dunkin Donuts!

Service was exceptional! The staff was very friendly & I didn’t have to wait for my drinks or food. Definitely recommend this dunkin over Starbucks 😄

I left early before my class yesterday morning on opening day to check out the new Dunkin. My coffee was great! Came back again later for donuts to take home and was very satisfied. Happy to have a place like this right by campus.

I walked in both times which seems to be much less hectic than driving through. The line moves fast so don’t be deterred! The staff is efficient and the place is clean. This is a great improvement to 5th Avenue.

I come here every day and always leave with a great tasting drink. I only wish the lines were shorter, but it can’t be helped! Also, the employees never seem happy but I know they’re stressed from the amount of orders they deal with!

Beautiful Dunkin Donuts! Extremely clean and the staff is great! It should be noted however that this location is EXTREMELY crowded and the drive thru line extends down 4th Ave. so keep that in mind. They are however extremely fast and if you are inside the wait time is only about five minutes.

Love that there is a dunkin in Huntington now. If only there was one a little bit closer to us in KY. Drinks were well made but I asked for liquid sugar and it didnt taste like there was any in there and I asked for more than I normally get because I wasnt sure how it was gonna go. Very fast service.

A great recent addition to the local eateries in Huntington! Great selection of seasonal favorites. Be careful as traffic can make navigating in and out of the drive thru challenging at best. Great friendly staff!

I have always had a great experience here. Today the staff was busy, and after waiting a bit I realized I had missed the call for my order. It had gotten cold by the time we realized, but they replaced everything with a fresh new order after I asked and it made my day.

I love Dunkin donuts, especially their double chocolate ones. Their coffee, hot and cold is delicious. Very clean store. Lots of employees to serve customers.
