Went to the car wash and loaded money however the bay I was in had a malfunction and not working correctly. I called the office and explained what occurred and received my money back.
Great to see one of these unmanned locations make things right.
Appreciate their attention to this.

If I could Id give this man -5 stars but 1 star is the lowest I can go. Scott hutchison is a pretty crooked individual and cuts corners anyway he can, he had a construction crew out doing work without work boots etc and proper work attire, he never paid overtime, if you did get overtime you were paid in cash, the workers never used time clocks to log hours, concrete guys and brick layers were overworked and underpaid and you are expendable.he owns numerous properties and businesses and Im not sure how he gets by doing the shafy practices he uses.I worked for this man at one point and can verify that the bad reviews are completely accurate!!

Be careful if you're considering renting, buying from, or working for this company. Scott Hutchison would give me responsibilities that required me to work 7 days a week for 2 and a half years. I was on a 45 hour salary, and would work easily 60 hours every week. We weren't even allowed to use the time clock, because no one was allowed to show any more than 40 hours. If you worked more than 40, he would pay you in cash for the hours, but not at time and a half. If you didn't like it, you were replaceable. I did more than one position worth of work and unfortunately, it took almost 3 years to realize i was being taken advantage of. They own several local businesses including Barkingham Palace, The Pottery Place, and a local used car lot (Express Used Cars on Rt.60. From Scott Hutchison's own mouth "I wouldn't trust any of those cars to make it past Charleston WV." I had to learn the hard way. Hopefully this will help keep someone else from being taken advantage of.

This man literally works his people into the ground and barely pays them a dime. He wants them to do work outside of their roles. And fires them if they do not work outside of what they were hired for. It’s very sad when people with money wish to to use their power and money to treat what they consider lower class people like trash.

Sold me a car from his car lot on RT 60 without a title. Had to sale it back to them, n was told they did nothing wrong. Had the Durango half way paid off n everything. This man is a crook, n needs to be charged for the illegal things he does.

He takes people's damage deposit and will not give there money back he lies and he will be be brought out to the light cus everyone that he is ripping off and has ripped off outa there damage deposits there have all banded up together so he is facing having to pay and anser

they are tolerable people they will smile in your face and cut you from behind they cut corners on every thing honestly how they do the things they do and get away from it is amazing I know of 3 people now that have sued them for dirty practices
