It pretty impressive on what they do is magnificent. It's very different compared from every other banks. It's because it's base on financial investments in the event that requires the biggest benefits in the company's business operation that mist be pacific consideration which is suppose to be much more investment than the management way of saving allowance. However, it's only a investment organized area where it has nothing to do with banking with them. Recieve debit card, Credit, or any other simple basis that can offer the decent wishlist. Only Investments that owners, gatekeepers, business, rich, and wealthy people earn the topic environment in Citizen Bank.
Though to most of you it's impossible to understand this but it's what they offer there.

I'm pretty happy with this branch. I operate a business overseas with an HSBC account and having a relationship manager hear in the US that can answer questions is great.

HSBC knowingly allows hundreds of millions of Mexican drug cartel money to be laundered through their banks and they don’t do anything about it. Don’t believe me? Check out “Dirty Money” on Netflix.

Very very bad experience! Bank teller, Branch Service Manager Ms Singh and Senior Branch Manager Mr. Bose are totally incompetent and without any sense for customer needs! Even though they tried hard. On top of that, except young and probably inexperienced Bank teller, senior management completely doesn’t know the rules and policies of simple request that I asked for. And it looked like they just don’t want to acknowledge customer. Very rude! Mr. Bose, whose title apparently shows that he should be more knowledgeable and experienced, has a lack of the same and zero customer service. I mean, zero. I wouldnt write this review, even though I am very dissapointed but I wrote it cause a ridiculous situation happened. I went just couple of blocks away, to another HSBC branch, and guess what? This bank teller, who is working for the same company like people in this branch here and probably has the same training like them, was able to do the same, simple job I requested. So my concern is who is taking care of my money and what kind of education and training you need to work here?

This is the worst bank I have ever encountered in my entire life. Not this specific brach as they were as helpful as they could be, but this bank as an institution. Do not open an account with them. They have horrible customer service who will misinform you on the simplest of things, and the do not appear to have the structure together. I closed my account 2 weeks ago and still have not received a check with my funds. BEWARE! Do yourself a favor and find another bank to do business with.

HSBC as a bank is not good, and this branch location isn't good either.

I opened a regular checking account online, but I wasn't able to use it for nearly a week because of unwarranted and excessive fraud alerts that were completely erroneous.

When I went to this branch to fix the issue, I saw that the location is not in a safe part of the city. There were people with mental illness by the only entrance, and no one seemed to do anything to help the situation. It does not seem like a good place to be if you're carrying any amount of money.

The staff at the branch are not particularly helpful, and they'll put in writing how they won't go out of their way to help you as a customer.

HSBC as the largest bank in Europe has paid record fines for criminal money laundering and even after that had been found to move large amounts of illegal funds. I wish I had known all this earlier.

I hope my experience will help you make an informed banking choice.
